my recipe:

bring a cup of water to a boil and add 2 tablespoons of salt then 3 tablespoons of pure all ntural 100% lemon juice and black pepper also get a fruit juicer and cut up a habenero and jalapeno and squeeze the juice into the mixture stir for 30 seconds drain the mixture to get all the granules of pepper/lemon/jalapeno/habenero out after drained add some sort of baby oil about 2 tablespoons and stir/shake for 2-3 minutes this stuff *bleeping* hurts your eyes

not trying to diss you or anything but this is not pepper spray. this is rubbing alcohol it does not have the same effect of pepper spray, pepper spray burns your eyes, this stuff would probably blind you which makes it pointless. and frankly anyone who would throw rubbing alcohol into someones eyes is stupid and should be put in jail.
