Ford Fiesta First Impressions, after 30 minutes of driving

As for weight, I am not sure were the US Fiesta will come in compared to the SVT Focus. It should be lighter than the 2000 ZX3, and considerbly lighter than the SVT

I am not sure if the US car will get a 6-speed manual. I hope so, as it would make the car fun to drive and lower the revs on the highway. Lowering the final drive ratio would be a mistake, and really slow the car down in town. Adding the Getreg 6-speed from the SVT Focus would be the best!

The more I see that SVT Focus the more I'm reminded what a great car it is.

Keep up the good work. How about a look under the hood into some of the technology in the new car. Anything that's "greener" or specifically designed to save on fuel?

I assume you're keeping accurate records on your mileage? What about weight? How does it tip the scales compared to the Focus?
