Jesus Christ I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE this boss. Quite honestly, one of the most memorable boss battles in my gaming history. The way she's constantly taunting you with these funny remarks! I mean, I had to replay the battle just to get them again. I can now see why this game had so much praise.

I have a question: In this video, once GLaDOS has been destroyed, and you witness the burning parts falling to the ground, this video simply fades to black and goes to the credits.

However, when in my version, a voice mentions 'taking the party goes position' and then something begins dragging me away from behind. What is the significance of this ending. It doesn't match the ending shown above. Thanks ahead of time for your responses.

Anyone notice that Valve enjoys placing final bosses in the center of circular arenas? We saw it in Half-Life and Portal, and we kind-of saw it in Half Life 2, though the reactor itself wasn't the boss. It still exploded though, which is what all three have in common, more or less.

you can do something that doesn't make you die like when fighting the boss , jump on the companion cube and after the explosin you woind back in the same place you were fighting, but you have to find a way out of there through pipes corridoors, and theres a cake there as well and also a portal leading to freedom , there is a video of it somewhere on youtube!
