Very true, my family doesnt want to hear it, but ive never prayed before i spoke about my testimony, and them teaching the gospel, if i go out and something bothers me ( lets face it we arent part. Of the world anymore, ) i say the truth and it gets harder with family and friends that are very mislead... Im studying the bible so that i can back up everthing i say..my aunt does riki healing, and my other friend thinks she saved but still sleeps around with married men :( and she got offended

True we need to follow Christ in our actions & in everything we do. The problem with "if needed use word" is it becomes an excuse to not verbally witness as Christ commanded. The power is in the message not the messenger, & yes you have to be meek. Peace

What I "think" about Iraq and many other things has very little relivance when it comes to me standing before God and answering for my "actions". As a christian, what counts are the needs I see and how I can meet those needs (as Christ provides). Does that help?

I just used it to show that people die everyday. Whats strange that people only look for God when big events happen (death of any kind). Besides I had some co-workers who died on 911.

just remember that everyone will die & face God. In your 911 video, a poor man cried out to GOD saying that he wasnt ready to die. Jesus is the only one who can truly prepare us for death (if we repent, believe & follow Him).

Why run away? You have freedom of choice on whether you want to be a christian or not. If you are fully committed to NOT be a christian, then at least you are standing up for what you believe & I respect that. Even Jesus said that He would prefer that people are hot or cold, but He hates those who are lukewarm (wishy-washy). So save your energy, that is unless you really like running.
