@poketmouseo well, keep your heels off of it when playing a high tempo and when you are playing slower kick tempo then its alright to put your heel back down, you just have to learn to play fast and in sync by playing for a year or two

thanks. yeah i wanna redo a ton of my videos from the studio.

um my secret is knowing how my leg functions at different tempos. you gotta know when to start using less ankle and start using more hip movement, or a combination of both. and you just gotta fight through the pain to keep going at that speed, build your leg muscles up. takes time, practice and patience. dont worry you'll get it. i was shocked when i finally got there.
