@hangkouskite actually, to be honest, see where the camera guy stands when he zooms out.. this is a large open space.. the drums, that you hear, you hear twice, but the echo/reverb is louder, due to the camera mans position in the room..

The drummer MIGHT ofcourse be bad, but I believe that most of what you hear from the drums is simply reverb/echo, and because of this, makes it sound out of rhytm.. I worked as a sound technician, and I know lots about this.. its quite common..

Nah, The drummer's in time with the track but because he's playing acoustic, and because it's being recorded from the other side of the room his sound is being delayed. Where as the backing track is coming from speakers all around the room.
