@Daekyn I really don't think that's a valid point in this case: my video is on topic, about the show and the thumbnail is me. There is nothing misleading about this video. I cannot agree. Now if I had it titled something else altogether and still talked about something none related to the video, or used a thumbnail unrelated, then that is misleading. You clicked on this video after seeing me in the thumbnail, so I can't agree and don't really see where you are going there.

As an American, I agree with your opinion that Torchwood should be based in Britain. It, to me, screams a difficulty to earn enough revenue in Britain to sustain the show, they are forced to acquiesce and Americanize television shows. That is how I see the show. I feel the same way about Doctor Who. They're not generating enough money to sustain the show in Britain, they have to bring it to America, as was the case with the mediocre two part season opener. Do you think that's true?

You're right, the production value and overall look and feel of episode one was very high... That whole chopper-chase on the beach looked incredible. But also the cinematography elsewhere, throughout the entire episode. Fingers crossed it continues through the entire series.

I don't see how it is possible for them to take away Jack's immortality. The Doctor said that he was a fixed point in time, and I don't know of anything that could change that. Also Starz, which is the company that is producing torchwood, put out a mini web series called "web of lies" that you can watch here on YouTube.
