big question is does it feel like an f1 when it shfit..kinda like the m5 or m3 becuz iif it dont its pointless to get it and have your regualr paddle shifter
Clearly this isn't a stock restoration and has been through and had a whole modern "resto" done to it. It's still a classic but it's now a modern classic. This innovation is welcome and well received.
I love this!!! Show that we have advances in technology and screw all these dumbasses stuck in the dark ages. A manual trans is fun but don't down innovations like this that keep the hobby alive and add something extra to the driving experience.
if i was racing then yes, padle shifting would be nice. but i find on the road nothing beats the fun of going through the gears with the good ol'clutch and stick
@SlightlySection8 Apparently the newer model of camaros are not considered as muscle car anymore, it's more like a sports car since they added the paddle shifters as you've said. But you still don't get the same feeling when you drive the older one's. Where there's more passion and power with the manual gearbox.
I know a lot of people would still prefer the older muscle cars than the new one's. Like myself.
This is what i believe should replace the stupid primitive sloppy manual clutch transmission. Works for the europeans, why not us right? haha enjoy the hell out of this ride man
look BUD,,,, ur not cool by hooking up buttons to an automatic transmission,,. basically you are selecting 1-4 on an auto box but without a lever.. it just looks cool has no advantage over stock..
Seems like a slow car all around. The shifting is very slow from the initial paddle imput to the actual gearshift and the acceleration that it shows with him flooring it just seems subpar. Maybe I am being too hard? Don't get me wrong, great concept to include the paddle shift in there for a touring car. It makes the car last longer and the driver. I feel like with a little more umph under the hood and faster paddle shift system this thing could be a beast.
those paddles are ugly... the best shape of any paddle shifter is the one used on the lamborghini murcielago... those paddle shifters are wayyyy better than urs man... u shud look into that

@Bestundesun Yep but you have much more work to do then with a manual. Go to mastershift. dotcomand stuff. Have to type it this way.
