  • My favorite case, by far.

  • brilliant cross-examination on the liar spanish defendants rofl.. she shouldve awarded $5k just for symbolic after they lied..

  • Comment removed

  • bet they had a talk with their son after that haha

  • Mexican woman is fucking annoying.

  • The um's were very annoying.

  • *Tooken the taxes LOL

  • DASSA LYE

    DASSA LYE

    DASSA LYE

    Me - "SHADDUP"

  • Ha ha, the defendants lost!

  • Let's see now really is the scammer

  • Classic! I thought he was gonna lose, seriously!

  • That was a nail biter, I was feeling so bad for the guy but then, the angels started to sing and the troll family's son got up, as we say in Brooklyn, BADA BING!

  • PHEW! That was exhausting! What a family . . . oh wait - my family is like that! BASTARDS!

  • the sound quality is amazing :D

  • plaintiff is an idiot for giving more money to defendant if he ever he did give them money, sheindlin should have dismissed w/o prejudice & let them duke it out in small claims court

  • This is one of my favourite episodes... the plaintif used just the right combination or politesse and tenacity to convince JJ to hear just a little more. The defentants had tried to never have a paper trail but the truth came out in the end. Just beautiful!

  • @cwpappas Yep, great "detective" work by JJ displayed when she interrogated the defendant's son (which the plaintiff's witness almost messed up when she raised her hand to speak!) and as you said, a perfect blend of politeness & tenacity displayed by the plaintiff in order to keep JJ interested in the case for as long as she believed the veracity of his testimony...I was really rooting for the plaintiff & didn't trust that horrible, tacky little defendant woman one bit from the start..

  • yudge yudy.......

  • This is one of my favorite episodes.

  • 14:44 I love Judge Judy!

  • LOL they didn't bank on their son getting nervous and telling the truth!!

  • He lie!

    He lie!

    He just lie!

  • Pfft....he's crazy cause he takes medication? I'm ADD and depressed and take meds for it, am I crazy. Now we KNOW she is grasping at straws.

  • Trying to scam a disabled man is pretty low.... And to use the family card was also despicable, poor show and judge Judy, although can sometimes go the long way round, you realise that she actually has to go that way and just let them talk themselves into telling the truth or revealing their lies, JJ is amazing, a human truth machine x

  • JJ really knows who is telling the truth

  • @zainol2010 She's a genius

  • I'm very impressed with the plaintiff when he said 'can I have one second ma'am please'!

  • @blibjersey Point taken. And I'd rather pay $ 5000 than get humiliated on national TV.

  • I don`t know... Things weren`t really sorted out. The story judge Judy chose to believe and that made her rule in favor of the plaintiffs was being contested by the plaintiffs themselves as it was being told. And I don`t find that the fact they had no work in June necessarily means they were in need of assistance and asked the plaintiff for money. I think her decision was guided more by the plaintiff`s passion.

  • HEESA LIA

  • It was awesome how she managed to get to the truth at the last minute and completely destroyed the defendants.

  • When in doubt get a bunch of thick chonks to sort out the deets.

  • i think i love JJ so much b/c im such a naive pushover lol. i love how she is so "no nonsense" and sees through the most elaborate lies. im 24 and i want to b JJ when i grow up lol

  • I read a comment on one JJ that said that the show pays different amounts to different people on it, and not the whole amount. Does anybody know if this is true?

  • Great case! Loved it!

  • the son has NO IDEA how to explain construction. OR he is very good at acting dumb and using blanket terms so JJ has no clue what he is trying to say.

  • this case is going to be favored by many of you!

and the only reason for that is the fact that the case was one second away from being dismissed, JJ already was ready to walk out.

  • 1. why she was ready to walk out - the P had no proofs, and most important is that JJ had no reason to believe P because he lied about the cause(he said he didn't knew they scammed him, but he got the notification from IRS)

    2. why she didn't walk out - when P was about to get his case dismissed, he got scared and honest, gave JJ the real reason: "they were my only family, i didn't waned to lose them". Now she doesn't need proof, she's got the truth and the P witness can be trusted: she said yes

  • BAM! This just became my favorite JJ case! I like how when he first began to explain himself JJ was ready to walk out because she thought he was full of it like so many other litigants. But when he explained he gave them money because he didn't want to lose the only family he had left, JJ's heartstrings were tugged and she went terminator on that shady foster family! She is a softie AND a badass! Judge Judy is my fuckin hero! And the audience cheered! LOL!

  • Basically.

  • why are all the people on this show "disabled" ? psh no wonder there isn't going to be anymore money in SS

  • did he just say 'tooken?' is me or is the English grammar a million times worse?

  • LOL, she had on her "I gotta figure this shit out" glasses and it still didn't help. LOL

  • Schooled

  • Judge Judy was absolutely pissed off... partly on herself because defendants lied and she ALMOST let them slip away.

  • @Deater90 Was thinking the exact same thing! Had it not been for the plaintiff's manners & tenacity, it would've been curtains not long after the 10 minute mark...& the fat little troll defendant would've tricked JJ..man, I'd be pissed if that awful creature fooled me too!!

  • OWNED!

  • So if I use tylenol, does that mean I am crazy?

  • @bcubeb3 Yep, according to that little troll you are!! Methinks she's the one who needs some type of medicine for being "crazy"!!

  • @bcubeb3 I take aspirins when I get a cold sometimes and I now I feel like a killer...

  • dafuq?... --defendant

  • the defendant's still trying to figure out what happened.

  • The defendants it was a good idea to bring their children for a free trip and hotel but it backfired when the son told the truth.

What I hate about this program is that the scam artists and liars don't pay money for losing the case. Instead they get a verbal humiliation and berating by JJ in front of some 10 million viewers. And all the cheaters, liars and scamers keep the stolen money.

  • @schizophrantic Really? Huh? So it's always a win win situation? I'm googling this. This can't be true. :-)

  • @Mengster13 When the show starts on TV, it says the producers pay for everything including the money awarded to the winning party. Here on YouTube you don't see that section as you don't see the commercial breaks.

  • @schizophrantic thanks, i don't get it then, why would the defendant try so hard to win if the producer pays anyway.

  • @Mengster13 You know, I have thought about this myself and came to this conclusion: Because shame prevents the defendants to admit openly (to themselves as well as others) that they are in fact thieves who swindle money from others, so they come up with absurd defenses, e.g., "the money borrowed was a gift."

They have to have a reason otherwise it would be like this: I know I should pay but I don't. And that is absurd.

  • @schizophrantic Sometimes that's a good thing though. Most people who go to courts for these things wind up dancing around and not giving the money up for a long time or only doing it in small payments. This way the winner gets what He/She was owed immediately and in full.

  • @got2strpk You have a point, it should be hard to extract money from those who lose a case. I haven't looked at it from this angle.

  • @schizophrantic true...but anyone who watches this knows not to trust them or their business.

  • @schizophrantic aren't the judgements and penalties real?

  • @schizophrantic I could not agree with you more in regard to both of the valid points that you presented re: the free trip for the defendants' kids & the fact that the "cheaters, liars & scammers" don't have to personally fork out what is not rightfully theirs...but even as dodgey as the defendants are, they'd have been better off repaying their (relatively small) debt than be shown to be such low-lives in front of 10 million people..I guess it depends upon how much you value your dignity...

  • He should have gotten 4800 just in punitive damage.

  • I will answer my own question...because he's smart!

  • What did he get a scholarship for?

  • Judge Judy is great in cross-examining someone. GENIUS!

  • He's a person who use medicine, he's crazy! Lmao

  • Just watch @ 9.44 when the camera goes to that pig & Judy is grilling him over the IRS She puts her head down & almost begins to smile because she thinks she is getting away with this & is ENJOYING watching the lad struggling!! Dont want to keep repeating myself....but they are scum Can only hope no one hires them again & they go bankrupt

  • Prob watched this 15times & I Totally agree with ANONA72 Poor kid had no family, god knows what abuse he had to go through in his young life & he STILL rose above all the shit he was dealt & became an EMT!!!! Altho I have a feeling he'd still treat this filth the same as he would anyone else if he was ever called to help one of this scum!! Honestly, if I had the cash I'd write him a blank check & say "have a great life"!!!!

  • @IrishWidowMaker Nice one...was thinking the exact same thing as you in all respects..seems like a really nice, young dude, especially considering his less-than-ideal start in this world...but scum like the defendants' family can turn lesser men than him into bitter people who stop doing good things for others after being "burnt" one too many times..fortunately, the plaintiff seems to be far too good a person to succumb to such a regression..

  • Brilliant JJ, cut through all the bullshit and forced the truth out of them.

  • jude judy is BAD ASS!!!!! :)

  • this is some good shit lol

  • Oh my god a hispanic woman that is pegnant? ThAt is something you never see!

  • fucking thieves. and their son is so fucking dumb, and their daughter ugly as fuck.

  • it brough tears to my eyes the way he said " they are the only family i had left- i dint want to lose them"

  • defendant seems dumb as a rock

  • Comment removed

  • tough case because they all sounded truthful

  • Mr. Ibarra is articulate, he answers questions directly, and he built a valid argument regarding his reason for loaning the money, all of which boosted his credibility. I was glad to see the Judge defer to his plea to explain himself further. She doesn't often do so. He earned her respect.

  • @keepitupnc Very, very well put...Mr Ibarra is not the only articulate one here!!

  • woooooooow

  • Judge Judy's sharpness and intelligence amazes me! Especially at her age!

  • i cried

  • Judge Judy is so smart. It blows me away, how quick she is at her age.

  • this was the absolute best episode i saw from judge jugy

  • Man, had she not called the son he would have gotten screwed... BEST victory yet on here!

  • I feel so badly for the plaintiff... I fucking hate scum that take advantage of someone like this. This is why you NEVER loan money to someone without a written agreement and IF you do give them money without an agreement; make it a gift b/c 9/10 you'll never see it back.

  • I'm getting there SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LMAO!!!

  • I'm part spanish and damn these women are dense. keep them on you're side

  • JUDGE JUDY POWER . LORD HAVE MERCY THIS JUDGE IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO DANM SMART WOAW I AM SPEECHLESS .

ONE OF THE BEST CASES EVER

  • This is pretty typical, from my observation of 4 friends of mine formerly foster kids. They are young & get so taken advantage of: Not having family they come to love these strangers like family (w/only 'fake' love returned), not understanding that their 'family' is just in it to use them & for the money. I'm sure there are honest foster parents out there, but the 4 friends I have all had problems something like this. Again, Judge Judy was the smartest person in the room. Cruel World.

  • I dunno why but I love plaintiff's voice...

  • And their son got the crap kicked out of them that night, I bet. Not only for losing the case, but for announcing tho the word that their cabinet business has had bad jobs in the past...

  • this is good

  • Bahahahahaha. Love when shes like SHUT UP. HAHAHAHAHA

  • I will never understand why, when a Plaintiff is winning they simply cannot stand there and watch, instead, up goes their grubby paw, or the unwanted comment..... Bizarre.

  • judge judy can be so annoying sometimes!! if someone is really telling the truth she thinks theyre lying

  • @PatriotFan1251 I sooooo agree with you. Thank God in this case the defendants shot themselves in their own feet!

  • That was an incredibly tough case...! Fucking Jude Judy Rocks,,!!!!!!

  • thank you for this...i was looking for it!

  • "that they had tooken the taxes" D:

  • The Plaintiff seems like a cool guy. I would value him as a friend.

  • This case is probably the most annoying one. Everyone seemed to have ADD.

  • CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT SHE ASKED THE SON AND HOW IT PROVES THAT THE Plaintiff WAS RIGHT????????

  • @SrimMUSIC basically what judy got from the son was that the parents had no work and were in need of money therefore had a motive for stealing and taking the guys money.

  • @SrimMUSIC

They had financial difficulties at the exact same time that the plantiff was claiming to have loaned them the money. They were financially in the hole and this made the plantiff's case much more believable.

  • @SrimMUSIC dum dum watch the whole thing again

  • @imit I asked a question because i didn't understand why are you making unnecessary comments

  • @SrimMUSIC its not unnecessary, i answered your question. dum dum

  • Not going to lie, this is one of the best cases I've seen lol. Very happy with the verdict and liked how everyone clapped when she said, "Now I believe you." :)

  • WOW.....sad... He's got a disability and the D throws it at him at the end of the video when she's like, "he's on medication! He's crazy!".... really?? And they apparently were the only!"family" he has..... ?? Wow... VERY unfortunate. He's probably been through a lot growing up... :( .....but in this case especially, Judge Judy was a Queen!! She stood up and fought for him!!! I think he deserved that! :)

    WTG JJ!!!! YOU'RE THE BEST!!!

  • Would anybody catch a reference to "Aybara" if I say Perrin? :)

  • GOOD FOR HIM! JUSTICE WAS SERVED!

  • it's so badass how JJ turns up the heat after the plaintiff explains himself. they were the only family he had left D':

  • THIS CASE IS DA BOMBBBBBBB!!!!!! BAYBAY!!!

  • Even if you are in the right, you still have to present evidence before the law can help you. The P would have lost but for the fact that the D used $1900 without his permission, lied about rent dues, all the while proclaiming she received no money from him....so JJ knew the D is untrustworthy, but the P didn't have the evidence JJ needed. So JJ didn't have any place to go, but then...who are those other 2 hanging with the D? Maybe they know something? Voila! The D's son spills the beans :)

  • @jrcahill2 Also, the D woman doesn't seem too smart and seemed pretty into the whole rent idea. Also, just a thought, what if he scammed his employers to get disability money too? This is the first case where I don't know who to believe. The D said she got the money from the P because he was paying rent, the only reason they have to pay is b/c they have no proof he lived there. The P's claimed they deposited the refund check without his knowledge, which was 'for rent' says the D

  • Did anyone notice that the plaintiff's landlady said she has the checkstubs from his payments, yet he claims he doesnt have a bank account to prove he gave the 3000 dollars to the defendants? Did someone pull a fast one on JJ?

  • @wihedoserth It is possible that "at the time" he gave the money he did not have an account OR the account was delinquent so any money going into it would have been used to balance the account...so of course he needed a "safe" place to put it...thats where the D comes in. You have a good point, but it may be more an issue of clarifying the timeline. I really like this case.

  • @jrcahill2 Yeah, my first instinct was to believe the defendants. I love JJ, but I don't ALWAYS agree with her verdicts. I think JJ believed the plaintiff so she got some info out of the son to justify her decision. The only thing that makes me believe the plaintiff is that, if he did indeed want to try and scam the D out of their money, why would he pay them "rent money" in the first place?

  • That was beautiful! She is the only woman i know who gives justice to the word Justice.

  • Damn this is hard to follow the way JJ does

  • latinos are indian americaaaaans

  • hez a lyar.

  • @dadadahdom

    and you're illiterate

  • @MiSenigmatic i iz zo illerate because I imitated what the defendant said?? cool. :)

  • @dadadahdom

sorry, sarcasm is hard to tell over the internet.

  • I NEVER lend a thing... go to a bank

  • @mujibatt or get a credit card

  • "Shut up I'm getting there!" I coud hear JJ's Brain going tick tick tick tick!

  • He caught JJ on a good day. She just usually dismisses the case and walks right out of the court room while the P is begging her to listen to them.

  • One thing that is really very funny is that the family STILL didn't understand what Judge Judy was doing when questioning the son. Obviously they would have reacted negatively, but they were clueless. What Judge Judy established is that when the Plaintiff said he loaned them $3,000 in June the Defendant's son unwittingly revealed that they were financially in the hole in June and had no work coming in. That verified the Plaintiff's explanation for why they asked him for money in June.

  • lololol that son was so honest damn his family is going to hate his guts now

  • People like the defendants make other Latino-Americans look bad and help perpetuate the negative stereotypes about them.

  • one of my favorite cases

  • This poor kid had no real parents, overcame all the hardship, became an EMT & then scum like this try to bleed him dry This man derserves ALL the luck in the world & that filth deserves a lifetime of misery!!

  • Lol at the way she said now i believe you

  • LOL this is funny

  • LOL at the way she is shouting at the children!

  • it is hard to understand what is being said

  • its relly diffiult to understand what they are saying

  • O to the mutha fuckin' MG this case is my FAVORITE EVER! It's twists and turns and cloak and dagger and a twist ending that NO ONE SAW COMING.....LOVE THIS!

  • he who perseveres, attains

  • A master class on how to wade through BS without getting dirty. Brilliant deductions! Those forty years of experience really paid off on this one.

  • Great video!! I knew they were lying. I'm glad JJ saw through the bull$hit and gave him his money.

  • yah that wasnt a good call the guy i think got away with his b.s

  • one of the best shows on the planet!!! love you JJ!!!!

  • 12:06 thats why I love JJ. Cut the bullshit.

  • 13:19 JJ was pissed big time by that look she gave

  • Sure are a lot of papers on the tables considering neither party had an actual contract! Thanks for all your uploads :).

  • You got some 'plainin' to do!!

  • Juanda and Juan LOL

  • I remember seeing this one on Youtube a long time ago.

  • Heh, the defendant's son didn't seem too bright anyway.

That's exactly why Judge Judy chose to cross examine him.

  • @vfreeck Easy pickings...

  • @vfreeck Lol talkin to yaself like a crazy person!

  • ONE OF THE BEST EPISODES EVER!!! love it, thanks for uploading

  • why the heck the defendents worry when they pay nothing to the plaintiff...the judgement is fake although everything else is real... the show pays it for them ..

  • Beware of contractors! I hired 11 "reputable" contractors to completely remodel my Victorian home from top to bottom. I ended up suing 2 of of them & 2 others fled the state! The roofers were drinking when 2 fell 30 ft off the highest gable! The electric did not pass code. The plumbing didn't either. New bathtubs wouldn't drain & were installed without overflows.

The best 1 was a 23 year old who installed the new heating and air. It was perfect! He owned the business and was Amish.

  • i love this episode of judge judy. thanks for the upload!!

  • A young man using the English language effectively to impress upon the Judge the validity of his argument...MUSIC TO MY EARS!!!

  • the sons life ended abruptly after the case.. he lived a good life and was buried in a cabinet.

  • @akuma4u LOL! Mommy and Daddy were angry with sonny boy for revealing their little scam.

  • @TheTubePortal ya they for sure put their boots to his ass after the show and made pizza dough with his face.

  • @akuma4u hahahaaahahha

  • @akuma4u LOL...what would youtube be without you folks? hehe

  • @akuma4u It takes a lot of gumption to tell the truth, even when you know it is going to screw up family. I am very proud of him, and very ashamed of his parents, for putting him in that position. Your children should always be able to see you as a role model and not be ashamed of your moral choices.

  • i feel like shooting myself in the head after listening to this guys damn voice and tone for so long,.. i wish i could punch him in the mouth.

  • the defendants look like consuela and her family
