  • Norwegian and Swedish are my favorites, and English is second favorite.

  • I love the original the most (Jodi Benson)... alot of the other ones sound like something out of a horror movie..

  • haha funny erick was unhipnotized to many times

  • finnish sounds weird.. she can't even do it in one breath.. greek (old version) is also weird.. at the end it seems like she's yelling or something :s

  • Eric sounds hot in zetch :)

  • wow, the norweighn was beautiful.

  • i prefer norvegian version

  • I like English, Finnish 1989, Norwegian and Swedish versions

  • Norwegian, Swedish and Danish is the same woman playing Ariel (:

  • @KellyxKilljoy that's a little bit boring :D

  • I love the english version better... :D

  • The touch was really loud .3.

  • No shells were harmed in the making of this production.

  • I loved the Norwegian! :D

  • So many ridiculously done versions. If these countires prefer to make dubbings at amateur-levels, I'm glad I don't live in either of them.

  • DUTCH DUTCH DUTCH <3 <3 <3 <3

  • Finish 1989 gave me chills :D I also liked the German 1989 and Greek 1998 version!

  • @KHeartsdiva54321 Finnish 1989 is ridiculous. No voice in the world that sounds like an Opera singer's voice can make Ariel sound good.

  • @Serdikhan its just my opinion.

  • @KHeartsdiva54321 Some opinion you better keep to yourself. You know Finnish 1989 is not the best Ariel.

  • @Serdikhan excuse me, everyone else here is having theres so can I. just because you disagree doesn't mean I have to keep it as myself...

  • @Serdikhan and anyway I never said it suited her, I said it gave me chills

  • i like english french canaidian and greek 1989 best

  • I don't like the finnish version she have to breathe trough the song

  • best scene ♥

  • german, dutch, greek are all BEAUTIFUL but i would have to say the norwegian one i sthe best ( I grew up with the jodi benson-version (english))

  • Norwegian!!

  • none are as good as the original.

  • Poor ladies that must have been singing ''Ah,ah,ah,ahahahah,ah,ah,ah,ahahah,ah,ah,ah,ahahah, aaaaaaaahhhh!!!

    xD

  • I don't see the italian one

  • @Pikminlinkfan23 It was done by Benson :(

  • @Rat1993a really....:( Simona pititucci has such a great voice.

  • @Pikminlinkfan23 yeah, so it's a pity that she didn't

  • @Rat1993a Yep it is a pity.

  • @Pikminlinkfan23

because it sucks :D .. no really.. the italian singing in this movie does kinda suck

  • @WestentaschenHolmes It doesn't suck. If you look up: Ariel's voice italian then you might change your tune.

  • @WestentaschenHolmes NO it doesn't! I love the italian singing.

  • DUTCH !!!!!!!!! <3

  • lol hes having headache

  • you skipped the danish! :0

  • Woohooo Dutch!!!

    <3

  • i prefer the english version

  • Greek was the best

  • the finnish and swedish are PERFECT

  • the finnish one is PERFECT...

  • dutch is the best!!!

  • Finland

  • I agree with MissesAriane, the Dutch version is the most wonderful! It suits Ariel very well.

  • Dutch, Laura's voice, beautiful and young... I like the other buth Dutch is in every movie from Disney very well. <3 it

  • Didn't realize Ariel had so many voices! ^^ lmao XD

  • Swedish and Norwegian<3 Because it's the same singer in both of them^^

  • The norwegian woman who voiced Ariel, is the same woman who voiced her in the Swedish film.

  • norwegian, english, swedish and dutch are my favorites

  • I like the Norwegian/Swedish one the best :)

Fun fact: the Norwegian singer was also the woman behind the beautiful "Titanic Overture" (the 'voice-only' version) from the Titanic movie ^_^

    So I'm probably biased, haha

  • @iwannabelikeyou I Agree with you and I find that fact quite amusing. While no one can replace Jodi as Ariel, Sissel was the only one that did Ariel justice.

  • @iwannabelikeyou You're right - Sissel hardly gets the international attention she deserves. She also sang on Lord of the Rings, "The Last Debate".

    Simply the most beautiful voice!!

  • You've got Greek 1999 all wrong it's a singer named Anna Rossi she also voiced Cinderella in the Greek re-dub

  • German is the same as Jodi Benson.....

  • @xlefreakcestchic Her voice comes a bit later

  • @Rat1993a Przecież polski dubbing powstał dopiero w 1999! A w 1989 mieliśmy tylko amerykańską wersję z lektorem!

  • I'm really proud on the dutch version! Holland! :D

  • Defenitly Dutch:D

  • I didn't see the bulgarian one in this vid.....

  • @pamellka Bulgarian is Jodi Benson

  • Pf...Ils mettent que francais canadien c'est trop moche ! pourquoi il y a pas francais tout cour !

  • And Italian?? :'(

  • @Valenina97 Italians didnt make one, they left the oriogional one like the portuguese aswell :'(

  • Look, on this video "Ariel's voice (multilenguage)" at 3:51 you get also the italian version, which obviusly must be different from the original one (in english). So i thought it was also different when she gets her voice back, but then listening more carefully I understand it's the same. I like them all but the grek '89 one. But above all the one in english and the one in finnish.

  • Why haven't you put the Italian version? By the way, great job! ^^ ;)

  • @DorianYarg Because Italian is the same as English - done by J. Benson

  • @Rat1993a Is it? All right then... But I think when she losts her voice, it's different... Anyway, thanks for the answer!

  • @DorianYarg have You got this Italian version ?

  • Czech is my favourite.

  • German and Greek sound very good. close to original version!

  • most of the vocies sound to damn old!!! thats the only promblem i have with these!!!! >_<

  • I /think/ the estonian one is actually the same as the Finnish 1989 one. Not certain, though.

  • theres no hungarian.. xD

  • I love the french, french canadian, english, and Norwegian

  • you wrote hebrew' but there is'nt

  • In my opinion, finnish and canadian french are the worst, the voice is not clear as the other ones, sounds like an opera singer, not like a 15 old year girl

  • @lilacreepy

    Actually, Ariel isn't 15. She's 16 years old.

  • @lilacreepy yur right :P

  • Finland :)

  • Italian - Simona Patitucci

  • My favorites : Czech, Finnish, Greek, Norwegian, Swedish

  • I liked the norwegian version

  • HAHAAAAA!Swedish and norwegian has the same voice actress!not much deference XD

    Love heeeeeer!!

  • not to b mean or anything, but the french canadian singer they got was horrible! her voice sounded like a bug buzzin. :P Czech, dutch, finnish, german, and greek awzum voices!

  • finish is way to mature but she has the best voice of all jodi is perfect

  • spanish?¬¬¬

  • They're all good voices.

  • it's the same person who are singing the norwegian and the sweedish version. It is so beautiful!

  • pour moi les meilleures sont : l'original, Dutch, Finnish et Norwegian ;)

  • Finnish 1989 - WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT!

  • SWEDISH!!!!!!!!!!! :D

  • this scene is lovely!! the music is sooo beautifyull and all those voices are beautifull too!!

  • The dutch was beautiful and so was the czech.

  • Way back in 1894 a little girl named Madeline Crothe was skipping through the woods when a mysterious man in black snatched her. He starved her to death .send this to six videos in the next 30 minutes and u will be safe but if u dont you will wake up at approximately 1:34 tonight you will wake up to see aneorexic child holding a bloodid up knife and she will kill you less sorry this scares me

  • I can find the Little Mermaid translated in over ten different languages in this video, but can not find Record of Lodoss War subbed on the entire internet...

  • greek 1998!!

  • I think all versions are beautiful but I like Norwegian, Swedish, Dutch and German the most.

Which language is the version before Czech?

    It sounds great too. :)

  • DUTCH!

  • How am I not bright? My comment was 100% correct and I'm standing by it. Also, go fuck yourself.

  • finnish was the best :)

  • What a magical scene. This is why old fashioned Disney is the best!

  • Laura Vlasblom (Dutch) has a gorgeous voice.

  • YEAH! She sings this so beautifully but for me foreign Ariel will always be Anna Rossi Greek 1999 for Europe and for NA Domonique Faure

  • @livinlarge18

I don't really like the Greek, sorry :/

  • UPDATED Versions Needed

    Estonian - Johanna Nurmimaa

  • I just couldn't pick! I LOVE ALL of them! Cuz their such BEAUTIFUL voices! :)

  • dunno which one to choose

  • sorry, but finnish (for me) it's not ok! the voice is very very beautiful, but it is a voice too mature for a girl like ariel. this is my opinion.

  • It's a shame that they didn't use Sissel from the Swedish dub for Danish 1998

  • There's an Estonian version of this? :S

  • The Estonian Disney co. uses the Finnish version of the songs in all of their Disney movies. It's NOT Estonian :-------------------)

  • the finnish one 1989 almost sound like an operan singer. But that was kind a nice. But I like most English and Swedish!

  • Johanna Nurmimaa is an opera singer no offense

  • love norwegian at 02:00

  • Greek 1998 RULES!!!!!!!!

  • All girls have beautiful voices ~~ And melody is amazing.. Turkish one is also nice :P

  • The German one sounds exactly like the English one are you sure its not the same voice?

  • the german one ends with a slightly higher note.

  • exactly like the english one :>

  • yes its the english version.

  • it is , but it's still different. the singing begins much later.

  • I love that Sissel sang some of them. She's amazing. If you like Enya at all, check out Sissel's music.

  • I Love Norwegian (Sissel Kyrkjebø), Original (Jodi Benson), and French Canadian (Dominique)! They All are the best!

  • Greek 1998 - Anna Rossi

  • Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, German, Greek 98 .. Lol ^^

  • the finnish versions crap she breathes sos the french canadian version

  • GERMAN !!

  • Greek 1998 - Anna Rossi

  • I'd like the Czech, Dutch, French Canadian, Greek 1998 and the Norwegian the most :)

  • Jodi Benson, Johanna Nurmimaa and Sissel Kyrkjebo's versions are the best. They all make perfect Ariel.

  • Arabic - Rula Zaki

    Korean - Sugyeong Kim

    Thai 1998 - Janjira Nimpitakpong

    are avaliable now

  • Norwegian, of course! The most mild and womanly)) I wasn't surprised when I read it was Sissel who sang it))) btw, did you hear Sissel singing one track for LOTR? I've recently found it and it's just amazing)) I'm in love with her voice! The track is called The Last Debate. Unfortunately, it's been cut from the film but it still can be found in the net. Ahhhh, I think she sang that Ariel's song just perfectly too)))) what a voice!)

  • Greek 1989 xD

  • some off the voices are to old i dont understand because ariel is a 16 years old girl
