The best solution I can think of is two vote using a ranking system from best to worst instead of just picking one candidate. Also mandating that all the candidates on the ballad be invited to the debates.

My primary is Tuesday and I just finished up attending BOTH KY Ron Paul Rallies. I will be voting for Ron Paul on Tuesday and sticking around with my signs outside. I'm also writing him in at the general election and working on going to the Republican National Convention for Dr. Paul's INDEPENDENT rally across the street. Ron Paul's "performance" is this campaign can be attributed to any number of reasons, not the least of which being complete media blackout. If that's the case, it doesn't say much for Ron Paul, the guy who was most vocal about securing the border. His other policies must suck, for him to have made no impact at any caucus.

Hey Rebecca, The revolution is still growing and it's going to get much bigger in the next few months, when all the truth starts coming out to mainstream. I still keep the hope that Paul can really win, but if not i'll pick Obama since he's not part of that illuminati group or the nwo. Everyone else is except Ron Paul ofcourse I can't wait till the march. I wish i can go but i have to put food on the table and stick with my job while i still have it.

My primary is Tuesday and I just finished up attending BOTH KY Ron Paul Rallies. I will be voting for Ron Paul on Tuesday and sticking around with my signs outside. I'm also writing him in at the general election and working on going to the Republican National Convention for Dr. Paul's INDEPENDENT rally across the street. Specifics aren't out yet on that, but I'm already working on it. I will never again consider voting for the lesser of two(2) evils. Oh and you have a GREAT voice.

Finally, the largest hurddle for Ron Paul, as you SHOULD well know, is the media downplay and smearing. Look right now...Ron Paul has not stopped his run, but he is basically ignored as a Presidential candidate by the media. When people know nothing about someone and have incorrect understanding of pro-liberty/Constitution/Bill of Rights views, its a tough battle to be in.

I heard someone mention that a march at the Convention in Minnesota would get more attention then a Ron Paul march in DC. I agree that the Convention march would be better as the media will already be covering the Convention and it would be kind of hard to ignore 100,000 Ron Paul supporters there. I'm spending a lot of time learning about the economic and philosophical foundations of Ron Paul's message - and Mises (and the founding fathers of the US) are really the source.
Keep influencing the repub party towards libertarian platforms.

Actually, it works the other way around. The public is fed by the media, who have told them he is a loony conspiracy nutjob. The media is corrupt and biased; we can't depend on it.

I can tell you flat out that there is no rule held in greater regard for the media as a whole than this: Learn what the populace wants, replicate it as much as possible for as little as possible, and profit from this until public opinion shifts slightly. Repeat.
The media is a vessel for earning profits before political change. If any important number of people were interested in Ron Paul, the media would show him.

Certainly Ron Paul seems the most sensible of all the Republican Candidates. Except of course for his stand on religion and the first amendment, and his stand on abortion. However, since the president cannot change the constitution or the supreme court (unless one dies), these don't matter. Also, since your views are similar, its not surprising that you support him.
