As a non-IT person, I found this extremely useful. Some comments below demonstrate that some IT experts live in a bubble of exclusivity. I think this video would be eye-opening to many different disciplines outside of IT.

It seems to me like this is targeted not at the people doing the work but at the so-called decision makers. Those of us in the trenches know all of this. This is for folks with titles like CIO and CTO.

I must be one of those dopey (or evil) IT leaders that just don't get it an cling to control, because I thought this video was ignorant and incorrect; at the very least it was irritating. I agree with tmgarygygax - when will these videos die? Did the pink elephant conference substitute this for a interactive and potentially thought provoking keynote address?
