good job pretty detailed however u missed some facts here

-a lot of sciences came from Islamic empire that were later copied into European languages (conquest of Spain)

-crusades are never mentioned even though they introduced Europe to the East

however there is credit that should go to European inventors that built up on the research done by the Islamic empire however both should be mentioned since both are interconnected in a cause and effect relation
