Of course it sounds like a speed boat! That's what Corsa started out doing. They make some mean exhausts for boats well. I'm assuming that is the Sport sound level, have you done anything else to the truck besides exhaust?
Not hating just giving my opinion. I would have kept it stock. 1. It sounds better 2. Your riding in luxury not a Dodge magnum with a hemi. I know the engines strong but its something about the sound of a Caddy.

Corsa makes the best kit for the Escalade. I have the Sport kit on my '05 and it's bueno. Well done sir.
