This here is the reason why I love this show so much. It is just so real, all the characters, all the emotions, I have no trouble believing them... it's just too real and that's the beauty of it. Wow, love every one of those beautiful moments. That's ER at its very best. And I simply absolutely and totally love that music. Its sad, deeply profound, soothing and touching all at the same time just like all these clips that you choose. Watching this is like falling in love with ER all over again.

I agree with you completeley. Everytime i hear about ER i get so excited. It just makes me feel like something on TV is acctually real. I love everything about this show This is why ER is my favourite show on TV cause it makes you fall in love with it. I especially love when the cast comes together and they help each other out

I agree with both of you. The keyword is "real", the medical scene of course and the feeling the relationship，the personality is real! That's why I love ER. Remember the moment when you saw Mark or Carter or anyone else in this show getting hurt? It really hurts! I cried like my family or best friends were in trouble. At that time I suddenly realised how much I loved them. They're real people to me, not perfect just real and that's why I "really" loved them.
