Does anyone know where to get mega phoenixes from? I want to get auto-phoenix on my armour but I'm short of mega phoenixes and don't know where to get them...

capture four (or perhaps three) each of the three flying ball-shaped birds with long beaks. One is in besaid. One the path between the mushroom rock battlesite and the electric temple (although is very rare). The last one I think is in calm lands but not sure. You get 99 mega-phoenixes when the monster is created at the arena. There are other ways to get mega-phoenixes beforehand, but there's only bout 8 normally, and you can get them as rare items from the ball mech in bevelle and zanarkand.

but with protect it will be fine..... and in 4 overdrive ,or 3 overdrive and 2 attacks if you want, you can bite him...... and sure it will be faster than attack him because of his ultima counter.......

..... all you want but to bite the ballon for a low lv the best thing to do is teach haste curaga and protect to anima.... with protect the pres will make about 45% of it's life of damage.... and it wil not be a problem with curaga..... with haste he will have a lot of turn..... and if you only use anima's overdrive you will make about 600k of damage and take only a pres or two for answer....

I have a problem with my disc. It has a large rainbow-coloured spot on its back,but the game works perfectly.Only...

The game is no longer capable of loading Sin itself. For example,I can no longer get in the sea of sorrow inside Sin,because right at the beginning it shows automatically a video with Sin opening its mouth. I can no longer start new games neither! It frozes when Auron says to Tidus to look Sin. There's some way to skip cutscenes?

Sounds like your disc is damaged to the point where it freezes when it attempts to play FMV movies. Try saving your game at Luca then going to the Sphere Theater to try to watch some of the movies to test that theory.

If I'm right, I guess there's nothing you can do but either find a game store that will repair it for you, or buying a new one altogether...

luck indirectly increases accuracy, evasion and increases critical hit ratio. If you have max luck, you are pretty much guaranteed to get a crit.

I think critical hits are guaranteed to land, so if your character is going to hit a critical hit, you can't miss.

You don't have to max out your stats to beat Seymour Flux, but he has been called the hardest storyline boss in FFX. I often had out Tidus, Yuna and Auron for this match, but I switched to others to use their Overdrives. Seymour is vulnerable to poison, so use Lulu's Bio or a Poison Fang stolen from the wasp in the Calm Lands. If Kimahri learned Mighty Guard from the Defender, that'll definitely help.

Keep everyone Hasted and Protect, especially Auron, to survive Cross Cleave. If Protect still isn't enough, have Tidus cast Cheer five times to further raise everyone's strength and defense. Zombie can only be cured by Holy Water, so buy bundles of it back at the Calm Lands travel agency, and try to get a turn in between Seymour and Morti. You have to defeat him ASAP before he uses his Annihilation move. If you're still struggling, get all your Aeons into Overdrive and unleash them all.

honestly.. between the chocobo race, and dodging lightning for half an hour consecutively, I'd rather do the chocobo race. I can get it down in about 5-10 minutes, but the damn dodging lightning is just so tedious, and if you miss once ur screwed and half to start over. I've been at around 180 before and had to start over.

first off to get don tonberry capture least 1 of every monster in the cavern of the stolen fayth. when you do, you get don tonberry. when you do get him, customize an armor with auto-phoenix (to get auto-phoenix you have to get a lot of mega phoenixs. best way to do this is to unlock a monster in the arena, but i dont remember who), and get your weapons triple overdrive, triple AP, and overdrive -> AP. once this is done, go to overdrive, set it on comrade and fight don tonberry

a way to get lots of mega phoenix is learn the ability " bribe" ( rikku should get it earliest) then face a ghost from the cavern of stolen fayth( easier to use the arena) and bribe it... give it at least 199,980 gill and it will go and drop about 30 mega phoenix, you only need 20 to make auto phoenix.

They're not hard enemies, he's just showing you that if you want to beat them, lets say, HUNDREDS OF TIMES. This is a good way to beat them fast.
