Its been a while since this show, but I still remember it so well. Still gear a tear in my eye remembering the excitement of those opening moments in the show. It was fucking unreal. So random dude dropped down a seat, put his arm around me and sang the lyrics with me at one point. Didn't know him, didn't care. It was fucking RAGE! They played like they had never broken up.

i was at this show as well, and had similar experiences. i drove 5 hours alone to get there, and it was the most amazing night of my life. i am only 23 now, but that is the most amazing show i will ever see. RATM FOR LIFE

See, I had tickets to see them in Noblesville IN, the Rhyme and Reason tour with Beastie Boys. Didn't care about them, didn't want to see them. Mike D broke his arm, not his face or anything to do with his voice. The show got postponed, then canceled after Rage broke up. That was in 2000 I think. I waited 7 years to see this band. Best time of my life there.

I love QotSA Live! this whole show was grand and for the die hard fans of QotSA they played "the fun machine took a shit and died"! Hands down the best show I've ever been to at Alpine RatM and QotSA ftw!

I totally agree about the venue. Alpine is better suited for Dave Matthews or "calmer" music. If I can't mosh or jump around to Rage, I'm not fully enjoying it. :)

Got there around 4:30, didn't run into any traffic problems and I came from Maple Grove, MN.. That was the most amazing concert I've ever been to and there is no way any other concert can come close to this one.

To anyone that was mudsliding down the hills and smashing their faces into the concrete and rails... hope it was worth it haha

I drove 5 hours there and 5 hours back the same night, I couldn't come close to sleeping on the way back, I was still fucking pumped and had all my ratm cds blasting the entire way, part of fucking history. Concert shirts will be worth a lot of money in 20 years. I can't wait to show it to my future kids and say "I was a part of that"
