It's a little blurred, but if I'm reading right, the explanation up top mentions that it's a tradition to through a KFC man mannequin into a river after Osaka's baseball team becomes champion to honor an American who helped this come about in 1985. Why this tradition shows up here is anyone's guess -_-;
