The Sturgeon Bay city motto: "When in doubt, tear it out".
It would have made a nice aquarium for the city. It could have been stocked with fish native to the area, perhaps even a sturgeon, especially since - thanks to the DNR - the one place in the bay that still attracted sturgeon was turned into the Quarterdeck Marina. :(
