Being a subscriber to your site and newsletter I must say your instructions were VERY SIMPLE to find. I must say though that many, MANY employers don't make it easy to find their instructions. Time is money and me, personally, I'm not going to read through a 5 page description of a job to find the instructions. I'm not sure if I feel this way because I am working or what. I also want to comment on wanting a "rate of pay". What I think my time is worth may be $10 more then what you do.
