It is not racism. As one of the mitzvah of the Torah, G_d, HaKodesh Baruch hu, has commanded of Jews that they not intermarry. You must realize that this is not discrimination or prejudice on the basis of race. Besides, Judaism is a more diverse religion than most non-Jews and even Jews realize.

The problem with the Reform isn't the conversions, is the false conversions. They're "converting" people without a commitment to fulfill the Mitzvos, which the Reform movement does not believe in, and is "converting" people knowing this will not be acceptable to the rest of the Jews.
