I don't understand why they put SSJ4 Gogeta into the game but not SSJ4 Goku...I mean not only he is the main character and part of Gogeta, he also fought both Omega Shenron (like Gogeta did) and Oozaru Baby and both are in the game. The only thing I like about this game is the character creation. And yes I would love to see BT3 engine (and characters maybe :P) and some features like RB2 music selection...I don't want a game based almost only on luck but skill.

The one and only game i ever bought was Dragon ball GT Final bout and that was many years ago.. I did play one for PS2 years ago as well but it was a long time ago.. Het I think Dragonball Z Budokai 3 is the best because it has the most characters. Raging blast 2 is pretty good. Dragon ball z Ultimate Tenkaichi is really fun too. I love how they put lots of story into it (including videos) now the battle system is cool. It takes time to get use to. I rather have it like raging blast 2 and not having it so strategy like it is now. But it's still very epic and I still love it. It's different and exciting.

My opinion i think raging blast 1 was the last good dbz game because the gameplay was smooth like tenkaichi 3 and the graphics were amazing i didnt really mind raging blast 2 but i didnt like the fact that it didnt have a proper story mode and the gameplay wasnt as smooth as raging blast 1. in Ultimate tenkaichi i was pleased that a story mode with the sagas were included BUT they go and make the same fucking mistake and make the gameplay even worse then raging blast 2

I have to admit, i love the game and all, but there are alot of down sides to the game. For an example really is the repetitive combat and the fact you have to mash alot of buttons and the dissappointing fact that its almost all cutscenes. but the upsides are the character creation, the amazing anime like graphics, and the the fact that yo can level your created character up in an RPG like mode. So if i have to give it a rating rignt now, would probably a 6.5

you hit the attack button 3 times and a mini game starts.. when your far away from opponent and press square or X you get in a mini game then its all gambling cuz if the guy does the same thing you do then it cancel your attack/mini game.. anyway i completely agree with you on every lvl i got the game i like it.. its ok i like unlocking character customizing stuff (my opinion) but yeah the fighting could be waaaay better. it would be cool if thay would make a total dbz rpg like oblivion/skyrim:)

This game is horrible. I bought it its crap. I LOVE the soundtrack, presentation is great, the cutscenes even look pretty good but the gameplay is awful. I was bored after just a hour. Its sad because they finally fixed the other things but messed up the gameplay. If they had kept the RB2 engine, I think it would have been a great game.

What about Burst Limit and Budokai 3? Those were really good too. The psp ones I have not played but mix of burst limit and budokai 3. Annoying cutscenes during battle in burst limit though. I wouldnt mind another one of those. I played ultimate tenkaichi at gamestop and I was just so disappointed. I did not want an interactive game. I wanted full control of what I am doing to kick the other persons butt. Obviously skill, depth and everything before just flew out the window.

1, Tenkaichi 3 fighting engine (TO A T!!!!)

2, raging blast 2 graphics and sound effects with stage maps and destruction.

3, smooth on line play for current consoles and pc.

4, jap anime original movie sound tracks.

Its a shame to see the ps3s capabilitys go to waste on eye candy with no tenkaichi 3 game play. If developers made a tenkaichi 3 for ps3 download with smooth on line play (in the classic game section) they would see so many purchasers (more than their raging blast and ultimate tenkaichi numbers) then perhaps they would get the picture. I like how the fighting is in a way a movie cause too me it resembles alot like the actual anime, but the boss battles look really bad since your limited to such a small field of movement against bosses. Back to the fighting i dont like how some moves you cant stop especially super blast moves Ex. kamehameha but if you look in the anime do you see the characters shoot off a huge ass beam every single episode? NO i see what the company is trying to do i honestly am. But this game looks bad so far

Mane really Ultimate Tenkaichi is more Budakai they shoulda called it DBZ Ultimate Budokai if they were just gonna do it like that. I wish it played more like Budokai Tenkaichi 3 because it seems really slow paced. I'm not gonna just bash it before I get a chance to play it but DBZ games really need to come up. What I do like though is the character creation. Now that's gonna be raw.
