If you think about it..this game, even though its a regular season game, was a lot like Game 7 of the West Final that year in the same building. Kings get off to a hot start, Chris Webber looks unstoppable. The Lakers come back, Chris Webber disappears and the Kings lose the game...Kings were scary good that year, but the Lakers were better when it counted most.

They went back to the whites for this stretch in 02 thx to Shaq's toe injury (they'd only hooked up his white sneaks w/ whatever shit the big boi needed).

Did you noticed him and his ugly ass wife at game 7 of the finals this year sitting behind the Sucktics bench wearing an NBA finals t-shirt routing for the Sucktics. Back when i was a young boy i was in the Future Lakers Club and they would let you come on the court at the Forum and shoot 2 free throws each and that hoe Doug Christie was on one end of the court and Antonio Harvey and Bill Bertka were on the other side regrettably i chose Dougs side.

the crowd noise, their dedication, the die hard mentality and mind games meant nothing to the lakers that year. this was a preview of one of the greatest challenges the lakers would face in 7 games that season and of all time. once again KUDOS! to my boy non-p for keeping these great lakers memories alive....BEAT LA?? no it's BE LA!!
