The book is far better than the movie. Though I don't blame the actors for that of course. They just do what the director wants them to do. But I strongly encourge others to read the book. I don't mind books being turned into movies, but at least make it more about the book. The book is very different from the movie

What's with the Scarlett hate here? I don't get it. I think Scarlett is amazing, beautiful, classy, and smart. Just like Natalie. They're different people. Why must this be a competition? Why does everyone have to compare and chose a favorite? I think they are both wonderful, talented, and I'm glad they're both on the scene. We need more actors like them.

After reading the commentary on this about the words "like" and "you know" being used far too often...I must say that if I hadn't read the comments before watching it, I wouldn't have even noticed. I'm guilty of using those words a lot. It just shows that they were relaxed during the interview to speak so "normal"

Interesting comments regarding the interview and the words' LIKE AND YOU KNOW'..It does grate on your nerves when you are certain that BOTH of them have a much broader vocabulary, but If they didn't speak as 'Regular people' do they would then be called POMPOUS OR SNOOTY by those who use the words 'Like and 'you know in place of ....OH..BREATHING..or pausing to PONDER about a more appropriate adverb..or adjective or LIKE NOUN OR SOMETHING. TOTALLY! lol! That is why we need script writers.

scarlett doesn't look nearly as elegant or as lovely here as natalie. scarlett was soooooo gorgeous, natural, and flaw-less in the film, but here she looks very cheap and artificial, but natalie looks PERFECT and GORGEOUS in interviews and equally as much in the film.

I'm American but I lived in England as well and, on the whole, British kids are more well spoken, which is not to say that you won't run into some harsh colloquial-speak, but that's true the World over. Also, I love these girls but this movie was God-awful!
