  • Hot women. if they were holding guns I think it would be perfect fodder for the FNC red blooded red state males to lap up

  • What is with all the uneducated bimbos on Fox News?

  • @maclach1 Ironically the smart ones dye their hair blonde.

  • zionist ruined us health care

  • Yes people c`mon to america to get health care from Canada, I am wealth and i live in canada, and yes i might wait fewer minutes, and yes the poor who does make much can get healthcare as me, and he does have to loss their house or go broke

  • British women who admitted i don't like them not being given,, but can buy them Privatised, and now can get them on NHS. I shall list some better helthcare countreis. Cuba (thats not good) britain, france, sweden, denmark, norwary, finland, germany, portugal (which is not great), austria, italy. Honestly look at europe and be happy at what he is proposing. Sure it will cost alot early but stick with it and the standard of living will go up.

  • Australia is a good example. America is one of those rare developed countries where you need to have comprehensive cover when traveling too. Also trickle down economics are proven to never work, so tax cuts are pointless and damaging to long to public debt.

  • If you ask a lot of people in America would you rather pay for 2 wars or better healthcare for Americans what do you think they will say? I dare anyone to say America has a great healthcare system WE DON"T!!!

  • Cuba, for real

  • new zealand

  • I want Kimberly Guilfoyle as my wife!

  • They'll stoop to any low to spread lies and misinformation on this 'news' channel.

  • People fail to understand that having the so called "best healthcare in the world" doesn't mean a damn thing if average Americans can't afford it or get access to it.

  • wow talk about delusional, canada can we please start building that wall now.

  • Dude, what Canadian would come to the U.S. to get treated for dental or medical? Do i hear crickets? Hummm... Conservative republicans should get in touch with reality and stop mixing facts that they pulled out of their ass. S.C. Cupp is a joke. She lives in the republican CHRISTIAN fantasy world. For an "atheist" she is really out of touch with the actual definition. And everyone knows it is bush and his administration AND father who are the reason for the crap we are in. Yes blame republican.

  • um CANADA has better health care than us also a lot of countries in Europe.

  • @Skipthebeat1 And they live 3 years longer than us too.

  • Every corporations main concern is profit, regarless if they care for your well being. They care more about the weight of their pockets than your life. In the UK: Labour (right pretending to be left), Lib Dem (right pretending to be left/centerist) and Tory (far right pretending to be right/centerist) all support the NHS. Why? Because, despite what the teabaggers say, it works.

  • Most of Western-Europe and Northern-Europe has a better health care system than the US. Certainly these systems aren't perfect, but at least the a higher average living standard and a smaller gap between rich and poor.

  • this heading is false he did name one France . whic is rated no. 1 in the world

  • If the US's health care system is that good why is it that their is less infant mortality in Costa Rica then back home in the US. I live in Costa Rica for a bit and some of those places don't have elec. and or running water. The English had a super right winger for 10 years yet she never privatized their healthy care go figure.

  • IN Britain women are denied drugs for Breast Cancer? WTF? This doesn't happen in Britain to my knowledge unless there is a shortage or other medical reasons for not giving it to them. It is NHS for a reason. Everyone is covered. No one calls up an insurance company to deny medication in Britain so I wonder where Hannity got that bullshit from. It is either lies or ONE rare case.

  • Here, let me answer this question for you: EVERY OTHER INDUSTRIALIZED COUNTRY IN THE ENTIRE FUCKING WORLD

  • the reason he couldnt name any country with better health care than america is because, AMERICA HAS THE BEST HEALTH CARE IN THE WORLD!!!

  • @jogeryjogo Yet it isnt even in the top 30 Life expectancy rates

  • How sad these dumb fucks at FOX still idolizing GW Bush.

Not only that, there is no problem for them they got money.

National health care is far better. Although nothing USA does is good.

Sweden has national health care, it's people live longer than ANY other country in the world on average.

50 million Americans don't have any form of health care at all.

Even middle class people with insurance more often than not are screwed if they get really sick.

    Stupid is as stupid does.

  • GIBBS IS A TOOL

  • Jeez that is pretty embarassing

  • President Bush was never a class act.

  • Norway has a fantastic healthcare.

  • the French, Dutch, and Danish are overwhelmingly happy with their medical care

  • @Konform2zoidberg N Spain, Italy, England, Portugal, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Australia, Austria....

  • Sean Hannity is a brain-dead asshole.

  • Arent we all getting a little tired of the whining and complaining that is coming from the neo-cons at FOX News? Bush is no longer our president. Get over it. What a bunch of cry babies. When will they ever quit bashing Obama and start offering some solutions?

United Kingdom, Japan, Germany, Taiwan, Switzerland are the countries that Gibbs could not name.

Read about healthcare in these five capitalist democracies. Google - "Frontline: Sick Around the World" on pbs.

  • See also: Scandanavia as a whole.

  • Cupp is an atheist, Gulifoyle I don't know Hannity is Christian I guess-drop the the act Sean, you know your having a threesome with these ladies afterward lol

  • dont fire Robert Gibbs !!!

    you're the man...

  • There is no better than the USA.

  • My mother got cured of breast cancer on the NHS. The service was extraordinarily good. They couldn't possibly have done any more for her. The funny thing is though, Americans were having a debate about their health care system and the 'right' kept trying to compare it to Europe and Canada, when there is no similarity between the proposals in the US to either Europe or Canada. All they did was end up slagging off their allies abroad. It's daft and insulting. Like watching kids argue.

  • Exactly so. And what the health care debate in America lacks (and I'm noting that this was written and aired months ago, when much of this was more relevant), is an understanding that the complaint is about the SYSTEM, not the product. Health care in America is GREAT... when you can afford it.

Myself and others seem to like to drift to the car analogy: If the only cars available were Ferraris, those who had a car would think that they're great. But a lot less people would have a car.

  • @dEdGrimley

Thanks for the response. You're dead right. The problem, from what I see, is that US health care can be extraordinarily expensive. I wouldn't recommend the US go to a UK style National Healthcare system, however you pay the roughly the same per capita for Medicare/Mediciad alone in just taxes as we pay for the entirety of the NHS. Healthcare is 16% of US GDP when it's about 8% of UK GDP. What you don't get is value for money. Our NHS could be better but we'd have to pay a bit more.

  • Bear in mind that part of the expense goes toward the massive profits that our insurers and pharmaceuticals receive. That's part of where the value begins to decline.

  • @dEdGrimley

Yes, I agree. I just didn't have space to make more of a post! The NHS isn't perfect (though it's nowhere NEAR as bad as the Republicans make out), but I am glad my monthly NI goes straight into the health system directly rather than propping up an insurance company to make profits.

  • I work in a hospital here in the US, we received every week people from, sweden, uk, norway, france, canada, etc... GET INFORMED, THEN TALK...

  • yeah, THE RICHEST PEOPLE!! You're not getting the middle class from those countries for a reason dimwitt.

  • S.E. cupp is banging, no wonder fox gets all the ratings

  • Badly done Gibbs. Let me help you out: Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, France and many many more. It should be so easy to shut Hannity up and expose his lies. Wish he'd come to a real debate in Europe. You just can't get away with lying here.

  • Kim Gulifoyle is one sexy women. YUMMM

  • Granted, Gibbs is a complete dufus. I don't know what he had to do for Obama to get the job he has, but he sucks.......I may have answered my own questioin. Nevertheless, Canada, France, England and even Cuba have better health care systems than the U.S. No system is going to be perfect, but there are many that are better than ours because they put the patient before the company AND the government.

  • Japan: spends 8% GDP, premium for families is $280 per month half payed by emplyer, if you loose your job you are sent to the community plan, not MS HC services are private and free to choose your own doctors, govt. pays for mostly the poor and the elderly, life expctancy: 83 yrs.

USA: spends 16% GDP, 15% uninsured, 90% underinsured, lax regualtion in HI companies, as well as corruption, greed, and discrimination by HI companies, life expctancy: 76 yrs.

US number #1 in your dreams hicks.

  • There are other UHC systems that are succesful one System that ois very popular than the single payer is the Hybrid system in which you have both a public option and private option. This is the sytem Obama is trying to bring to America. Its used in Japan, Brazil, Germany, Australia, France, and New Zealand.

  • I see their mouths move, but all I hear is BLABLABLA ...

the brunette has nice lips though

    :-)

  • Baghdad Bob Gibbs

  • gotta love it- 2 hot...SMART.informed conservative women with common sense, rational thought and spines! see more...

    IDIOTS4OBAMA COM

  • The women denied treatment for breast cancer Hannity referred to sounds like the postcode lottery to me. Some people are denied new drugs purely based on where they live which is wrong. Some Health Authorities pay for them, others don't. Then again, they aren't denied all treatment, just the cutting-edge, expensive kind. Not exactly a certain death sentence. If they want they could just go into the private sector - we do have one in Britain! The NHS isn't perfect but 99% of the time, it's fine.

  • Gibb is a joke..

  • WHO ranked the United States NUMBER ONE in patient care. So go f*** yourself TOTAL FABRICATOR.

  • Whatever iamsosquid, you f*** lib slimeball.

  • Obama is a quitter. He did nothing as a senator, but plan his run for President. Most people would say that is being lame duck. Well technically he quit the people of Illinois when he left his seat.

  • Obama will not quit like Sarah Palin did because QUITTERS never win.

  • Sounds like someone is obsessed with Sarah Palin. Didn't hear her mentioned in this video.

  • I'm obsessed with her tight little ass, it's so fuckable and dumb.

  • Wow look at the sexist genius right here! In your world women should stay in the house all day until you come home at night to anally rape them. You liberals disgust me.

  • Oh naive little Fluffy,

Palin loves it in the ass, that's not rape, that's how we do it in Alaska.

  • bubba, you should leave your homoerotic fantasies to yourself. Well, at least to yourself and Keith Olbermann.

  • I do get tired of people talking about President Bush. He's out, he's gone, and leave him be in Dallas, Texas. Just quit talking about him, gosh! It's driving me crazy!

  • how much did the iraq invasion cost per day?????? I cant wait to see this guy at the gallows when the shit hits the fan......

  • Less than the stimulus, which hasn't created any jobs.

  • Everything cost to much. Actually, if I'm not mistaken, the bailouts have cost more the WWII, Vietman, Iraq, N. Korea, and Afgan, combined. It's a raw deal either way. We need to listen Ron Paul.

  • UUUmmmmm we are 37th on the list of the world........more Fox propaganda.......

  • Social Security...Medicare....of course we want health care to be run by the government; they have done so well with everything else!!

  • Awesome? Ok, I'm gonna puke now.

  • HaHaHa

  • I believe the problem is first and foremost, all these ridiculous frivolous lawsuits that are causing the rising health care costs. I have heard once, that I believe in Britain, that if a plaintiff loses his lawsuit, he must pay the defendant's court and lawyer costs. That is the problem with our system here, NOT the private sector controlling health care. This raises not only the malpractice insurance costs, but every other step along the way, which then is passed on to the consumer.

  • Another problem is that we have a "sickness" care mindset, not a "health" care mindset. Medicare and insurance companies do not focus on preventative (alternative) healthcare, which has been proven to be much less expensive. Medicare is probably the worst (a government program) which pays for next to nothing! In fact, many doctors lose money with Medicare patients. Where, then, is the incentive to provide the best care possible if Medicare reimburses less and less.

  • Canadians coming to america for healthcare? lmao yea fucking right lol

  • ROTFL! Which countries have successful national healcare? Thats easy, the answer is: all industrialized nations except us. HMO's ration healthcare based on profit as it is right now. We now pay the most in the world and get the least. You would have to be a moron to beleive this nonsense. ROFL!

  • A system of rationing healthcare based on politics is better? You would have to be a moron to propogate such nonsense.

  • That is the dumbest thing I ever heard. You are an idiot if you beleive that nonsense. ROFL! Either that or you are speading nonsense based on an agenda. Which HMO do you work for?

    Idiot! ROTFL!

  • How to pay for obama Care???

Congress' effort to find ways to pay for obamas National Heathcare will consider imposing a national sales tax (or "value-added tax" VAT) of 25% in addition to all the other taxes you now pay

Virg Tax Review... Burman suggests that a 25% VAT could do it all:

Pay for health-care reform, balance the federal budget and exempt millions of families from the income tax!

    Under VAT.

    New Car.. $30,000.00

    w/8.25% tax.. $32,375.00

With the added obama tax.. $40,593.00

  • I had six months as my guess to how long it would take for Obama to fire Gibbs. July 20 - still right on target. As soon as that approval rating drops below 50%, Gibbie is gone.

  • Rahm will have him gone after a few more days of this. What a disaster.

  • I thought the job of someone who spins is to spin the issue to their side, not to spin in a circle like a dog chasing his tail.

  • Those other countries are NOT the United States of America. Where is your patriotism on this decision to succeed where every one else failed. Give us a public option is all.

  • Government healthcare will reduce our choices, not increase them. When you control the rules, you control the game.

The government already runs healthcare on indian reservations. How good do you think that system is?

  • What choice do we really have right now? All of our "Free market" has left us with all lot of the same.

  • Staying alive is a pretty good choice in my humble opinion. Have you researched Canada's waiting lists?

    -neurosurgery - average 4 months

-heart bypass - average 5 months

    -opthamology - average 8 months

True, in America if you don't have health insurance you will be bankrupted with medical bills, but atleast you won't be in England hoping to win the lottery so you can get chemotherapy. I would rather go broke than croak.

  • Either way you admitt the system IS broken. It is NOT OK to create slaves from medical care. It never was. Atleast Obama is trying to do something about it.

  • You ain't kidding. He sure is trying to do something.

  • Um, those "facts" you have there are TOTALLY FABRICATED. Go look at Health Canada's website. NO ONE waits that long in Canada. Ever.

  • Ha, do you really think Health Canada is going to admit that it takes 4 months for care? Yeah right. You have to look at the hundreds of Canadian newspapers and organization studies that survey a mass amounts of people. These days, you have to look beyond what the govt tells you because much of it is bureaucratic lies and propagation.

  • Dude,I live here. And what procedures are being delayed? Urgent ones? No.

And if it's so horrbile how do you explain how we live longer?

  • Look to what I previously posted. I posted what procedures. Just because you live there doesn't mean anything. Have you gotten brain surgery or chemotherapy. Obviously there are going to be people who get surgery the next day and everything is fine. But you have to look at the entire population. Ezekial Emanual even admitted that "old people" and individuals with "certain diseases" will not receive treatments under the new plan.

  • Name one government-run entitement program that has worked in the U.S. Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security? They are bankrupting our country.

  • Name one in Canada that doesn't. Look, you're ALREADY spending more per capita than we are, and that's in tax dollars. Why not just eliminate the middle man? Are you afraid that insurance companies that gouge you and your fellow taxpayers will fold?

  • no there not it was the economic bubble that started in 2000's witht he real estate industry, as well as lax regualtion and bad financial decisions by those slimeballs in Wall Street.

  • thats totally true

  • Hell, I just looked on their site and they even admit it that it has become an issue. "In recent years, however, wait times have grown longer for some services. This a concern because delays can mean extended periods of pain and anxiety, and Canadians worry that such delays may worsen their health." This is on the government website!

  • Yeah but, in cases such has Canada and Great Britain there's a trade off. There's less of a waiting time but, the service is apologetically piss-poor

  • Really? That's funny.I live in Canada. Yesterday, I needed to see my doctor. Wait time. Ten minutes.

I live here, in Canada, I know how it works.

Sean Hannity is a fear mongering dick head.

The service is better than what I received in The United States, cheaper, and faster.

  • Apparently you reading comprehension skills are lacking because I said there was less of a wait time in Canada. Have you traveled to Great Britain just to visit a hospital as well?, I've heard a local from there who agrees that it's just the opposite. I do agree with you about the fear mongering, no question. I think you spot on.

  • The service I,and my family have received have always been great.

Having said that, it is far from perfect. There are always issues cropping up. Thankfully we have a country full of physicians willing to work on the problems and iron them out, along with their governmental counterparts.

I have had no experience with the NHS, having never utilized their services when I visited the U.K., so I cannot comment on that.

  • @TheObserver81 The gov't also runs the VA system, which neoconservative William Kristol admitted is the best form of health care in the United States. Also, the U.S. is alone in the industrialized world in its for-profit, privatized model of health insurance. There is a reason why we have been ranked by the WHO as #37 in the world in our health care system.
