I was medicated for ADHD for years and I now question it as an actual singular disorder--I now think it's a catch-all for behaviors/conditions that doctors don't understand, not to mention this stressful paradigm we've created called Life in America. I think these meds are doing great harm to us. I used the ear points for quitting smoking, but I didn't know about the ADHD treatment--good to know!!
