I disagree. Have you been to other places to talk about cleanliness ? I have lived 18 years in Bourgas, 7 years in the central part, 2 in slaveikov and 9 years in Meden Rudnik. I had the time of my life ! By now I've been to almost any part of Bulgaria, I went to USA Virginia VA, Washington DC, Ney York, Italy Millano and Turkey Istanbul. Bourgas is not dirtier than those places, even in some cases it's CLEANER !!! SO SHUT THE FUCK UP AND HAVE A NICE DAY !

Why should a person not go to Meden Rudnik ? In the same context you could say, don't go to Slaveikov, Izgrev or any other district in Bourgas... Mind you - I'm not saying "Go to Meden Rudnik". It's also funny to talk about and compare places, you haven't lived in... (I'm sure you're not from Meden Rudnik and you have never been to Manhattan ).
