Glitched enemies, more munchers than air, glitchy lava that prevents you from seeing Mario, and a boss fight with boos and bats while you are INVISIBLE qualifies it as the worst hack ever made (I know that Super Good World and Super Something World are worse, but those are meant to troll, so they don't count).

And besides, there are harder hacks like Pit Of Despair, but they rely on precision rather than unfair glitches.
