I am absolutely stunned at the corruption in this province. The officials . are collusionary to the extreme - the WCB, Appeals commision and, the medical consultants(hired guns) for the WCB are all geared towards denying claims. The system is a cleverly crafted path toward denial of benefits. We are running out of conventional options.

One thing I have came to realize about the WorkSafe B.C system / WCB is that they are above the law, no matter what we do we loss. Even taken WCB hostage and still nothing is being done ?? Ask yourself WHY??? Fighting WorkSafe B.C is the hardest thing I have ever had to do.. Fight Worksafe B.C

Workers Comp in Canada is medical insurance racketeering;

Injured workers are being denied operations, due to WCB purposely denying real diagnostic tests that show true pathology of injury; check, UCLA medical centre finding of how FONAR MRI, a positional Mri has shown conclusively recumbent MRI's have up to a 40% miss rate of diagnosing spinal injuries;

NO DIAGNOSE = no treatment = no health recovery;

Workers Comp is the most abusive, hostile, arrogant, bunch of CON-ARTISTS on this planet;

In 2005 in Saskatchewan the committee of review found that there were 33,904 injury claims filed; Sk WCB accepted 13,904 injury claims; 20,000 CLAIMS DENIED;

Well over 50% of injury claims denied. In 2005 WCB returned me to work with multiple undiagnosed and diagnosed but not accepted spinal fractures, my broken back collapsed and I was denied any medical care.
