This game is one of my favorites of all time. For those who call a mario ripoff they cleary are too young or too dumb to understand this game. Beneath it's platformer puzzle style lays a deep poetic story which IMO is geniously told throughout the game with an awesome ending which can be interpreted in many ways. And all this backed up by beautiful visuals and music which manage to get you in a slightly melancholic mood. As always, not everything appeals to everyone but for me, it's genius!

It's arip off because the way you kill the enemies, The whole princess thing and what they say at the end of the levels and the fact that there is a flag pole and a castle at the end of the level. Now granted its got some cool unique time puzzle features it doesn't change the fact the it's taking more than just ideas!

If you play it, it'll seem nothing like Mario to you. Every movement (rewind/fast forward) you make affects the movement of your enemies. Not only that but the story is alot more philosophical than Mario's 'Save the Princess' plot.

Try playing it with an open mind. That's all I say, keep your mind open and forget Mario and this game will blow you away.

Well for starters the most plainly obvious one; the graphics. It seems most xbox gamers play the xbox and think they have the best graphics ever. When they're mediocre. The graphics on PC games are better than consoles will ever have. Also the cost, although getting a good rig is expensive, the games are not, you don't need to buy another internet connection and games are much cheaper (through steam). The players tend to be more mature than 5 year olds too, no annoying voices (much).

You can customize your controls to whatever feels comfortable for you, even controllers if that's what you prefer. There are many, many more games for PC simply because of it's age. I still play DooM to this day. So many mods are available for both single player and multi player, you can make an entirely new game, also skins and stuff to customize the look of the game aswell. Custom maps and missions to add more to the games length, so much can be done with the games with mods.

People tend to be better players (compare the best montage you know with the best frag movie you know and you'll soon see.), you can also do other stuff with your computer, instead of just games. Their is better sound quality, if you hear a footstep, you will know exactly where they are, you don't need to pay £200 for a headset that can do that, not even £50 ($100 not even $25). If I haven't converted you just now, I don't know what will convert you.

In the long run PC's beat consoles in price too, a PC good enough to run every game on highest settings costs about £600 (roughly $1000) and with the cost of games on console (I've bought every game I own for about £10 each. I never actually mentioned Steam if I recall, but nevermind. There are still massive communities of PC gamers, that AREN'T steam you know. Personally I think Steam is great, if you know what you're doing with DOS, you can create a bat that gives it low priority on startup (even if you don't google it) so it doesn't take up memory. It doesn't take up much anyway though. it's a great way to talk to your friends and play games, I don't have to get disks constantly. It's awesome.

I think so, only $10. It goes quick once you know how to solve the puzzles, and I recommend trying to get through it on your own first, but just b/c you know the answer (and there are more than one) doesn't make it easy.
