  • I remember when this song first came out & the impact it had. This song is nearly 30 years old. But yet wars still continue, For the true soldiers I hope u make it home & safe to your Familys & remember your mates that didnt. Lest We Forget

  • I was in the US Marine Corps, born after Vietnam so have no idea what that war was like. I do know that this is the honest and forthright song you will ever hear about it. Australian diggers who fought in that war deserve respect, but after spending time in Iraq I know how hard it is to readapt to civilian life. But I have no respect for any veteran that wallows in self pity and expects the world to feel sorry for him everyday.

  • Whoever dislikes this video is either a dirty fukin nip or a curry muncher with no brains. Ive had family in all 3 wars and this song sends shivers down my spine to think what they had to go through just for our country....lest we forget mate.

  • Much respect to these soldiers, brave men (even if they didn't want to be there - conscription wise). We've always done as were told when the UK/US call. Thing is North Vietnam won this war in effect (regardless of arguments) and communism did not spread did it? Questions have to be asked, just as they need to be now in the middle east. All I see is our baseline Civil Liberties being taken away from the Western countries / more indebtedness / lifelond injuries to soldiers for what? The top 0.5%

  • aussie aussie aussie yes yes yes.

  • hectic song

  • I joined the RAAF cadets and plan to join RAAF in respect to the diggers, seamen and pilots of all the conflicts Australia has fought in

  • im in cadets and i will always be proud to be australian

  • This song makes me cry every time. The people the 19yo were sent to kill were children too. All for some stupid sense of nationalism. I eat nationalists

  • I just finished re-reading World War Z for the umpteenth time. The first thing I did was throw on this song.

  • Least we forget not all Americans are "yanks" there are still some of us Confederate hold outs

  • i met an aussie vietnam vet in hervey bay queensland i sat in a bar getting as drunk as hell with him telling me about it .the next day i went round his house for a bbq where he showed me his photo album of his time there cannot start to imagine the shit the poor barstard had gone through

  • cannon fodder for the warmongers bankers industrialists and capitalists.also a means of population control as majority of deaths are civillian.its up to each individual regardless of nationality or beliefs to say no to the masters who tell them to go and kill for them while they sip champers on their yachts in the coate dazure.rothschilds, bushs, warburges morgans etc all financed wars including nazis in ww2.

serve and protect not seek and destroy.how many nam vets threw their medals away.

  • Australian army god be with all of yous over seas my bro is in afgan now god help him and all the ours goodluck i will be all ways looking at the big star in the sky!.

we just wont yous back safe.

  • This song gives me goose bumps every time i hear it as my dad served in vietnam, All who have served our country deserve our respect no matter what your views are on war.

  • I pay alot of respect to these people, who fought and fought, too give us what we have today. God Bless Them <3

  • This song is not pro war, or antiwar, its just says the age to enter this war was 19 and how at that age can u make any sense of the violence that is war. Our Dads and Grandads had the luxury of time and the forethought to not tell us all about what horror war really is. But when u r knee deep in mud and leeches and sandflies and the skin between your toes is all but peeled off and bleedin, no amount of justification can prepare u for the reality of fighting a jungle war at any age let alone 19

  • @sooty1995 a bit more than leeches n sandflies .........

  • never saw the music video. I remember listening to this song when I was much much younger. So haunting. So powerful

  • I heard this when Billy Parnell played it first on his late night album show in Melbourne back in 1983. I got a copy of the 45 (vinyl) on the Monday just before they sold out. I still have it, still play it, still cry and still thank god for all those who went.

  • My papaw fought in Korea.Did you now we lost more men in Korea than in Vietnam? That's right.Yet where are the movies and songs about those brave men?The difference was money. That's why this war was more bloody.Cause we lost more money and years in this war.I respect all vets no matter Which war,how old,or blue or grey.I just wish there were songs like this for the Vets of K-con.

  • @KillingJokes97 521 died in Vietnam and over 3,000 were wounded. While in Korea Australian casualties numbered more than 1,500, of whom 340 were killed. The reason i guess theirs more songs on vietnam than korea, is that vietnam was recent history in the time of rock and roll and in the middle of the cold war, people wanted to make patriotic songs telling a story of there peoples sacrifice.

  • @goldhippie I was talking more about American Casualties but Australia had a big role in Vietnam and Korea too. They call the Korean war the "Forgotten" war.

  • @KillingJokes97 ohh ok yer i thought u meant australian, yer the korean war was brutal

  • @goldhippie No kidding. My papaw said joining the Marines was the worst best thing he ever did.I;m going to volunteer for the Marines the day I turn 18.

  • To the Dislikers.. Good on you.. The people this song is for made the sacrifice so you could express your view.

I'm glad our freedoms have never rested in you hands. P.S. I'm probably around your age.

  • God help me, i was only 57

  • hey true blue

  • I take my hat off for all those Aussies who sacrificed in that war. I worked with sons of these Vietnamese last year. Really good blokes. I take my hat off for them too. They also thought that stupid war was a load of crap. Why did we do it? 40 years later and still a hell of a lot of pain... May it never happen again. So why Afghanistan?

  • I have been too Nui dat in Vietnam met some vets and let me tell you on ANZAC day give them your utmost support they a true heroes who got treated like shit when they returned shame on you Australia shame on you and this is coming from someone borne in 74

  • you dont have a dick. spaceman.

  • You cant find this version of the song on iTunes to save your life.

  • so sad....

  • I remember a my cellmate would play this over and over for the years I was inside. But I didnt mind.

  • "Old men create wars and young men fight them." As an American married to a Vet, he KNOWS the horrors of war. The fear. The bravery to survive and help his brothers. He also knows war is not the answer. To not be anti-war but pro-peace.

  • @ectomy1235 No war is 'nice.' Wars are worse than horrible. Those who find them self fighting in a war say it is hell. It is. Yet is hell on both 'sides.' No one 'wins.'

  • not a nice war the vietnam war, horrible, but the Aussies were tough

  • @78stevenmt exactly right ,, this is true blue aussie grit ,,,, up your ass rag heads for disliking this,, dont like it ,, get out of the country !!! ASS HATS!!

  • @78stevenmt Mate, these blokes go to war for freedom. For the ability for our people to sit and dislike this video if that's what they want to do. They are fighting so that people have freedome of choice. My father explained it when I started to express my interest in joining the forces; You are fighting for freedom, you are fighting so somebody can sit and burn your flag in front of you without reprimand. You don't have to like it, but you have to accept it. Love the song, Lest we Forget

  • @MilitaryAircraft101 I'm goinig to go out on a limb and guess that you nor your passafist family are Vets. " Burn my flag in front of me without reprimand" ???? Jump off the hippy wagon son. It's a shame your father never taught you about the word PATRIOT !!!!!

  • @78stevenmt My Great Grandfathers were an Admiral and a Captain respectively. The point I was making, is that no one gives the vets credit for what they really do, people don't understand the freedom for which they fight, is the freedom to express views (even to the extreme point of flag burning) without having people put you in a cell. I am saying that these veterans fought for everyone, so that they had choice. My father is all for me joining the military, he just wants me to know why we fight

  • @78stevenmt Regarding patriotism, it is an extreme length to love you own country to die for it and its freedom, knowing that that freedom will allow people to hate you and what you did. The greatest sacrifice, for those you don't know and for those who hate you. I'm not religious, but I think it comes to the phrase "love thy neighbour as yourself". I respect veterans unfalteringly, and I think that we should leave it there.

  • @MilitaryAircraft101 you yanks have given patriotism a bad name. A true patriot doesn't have to wear the label and tell every other tom, dick and harry that he's a patriot (as you Yanks are prone to do). True patriots shut up and put up when the need arises. Your a f$cking goose is all you are.

  • @MilitaryAircraft101 Whats with all the "freedom to burn you flag" B/S. A flag is nothing more than a bit of material. And the yank flag is one thats barely suitable for wiping my a#rse. :)

  • @Heidelager IT's just an example of what fighting a freedom war means: That freedom will allow people to do things that you don't agree with. That's what my father wanted me to understand. And putting your arse out when it's needed, especially for a cause that you don't believe in is patriotism. Anyway, I'm an Aussie...

  • @MilitaryAircraft101 20 years ago, it was only yanks who used the term "patriotism" and felt the need to advertise to everyone. Australians, Brits, Canadians and other commonwealth nations don't crow about patioriotism. When there country is in need, they just roll up their sleeves, and get dirty. No need to make a song and dance about it like the yanks.

Sorry to mistake you for a yank but all the partiotism jargon as well as flag burning is normally yank type retoric.

  • @Heidelager That's fine mate, I just meant that though most soldiers didn't agree with the war, we should respect them, as they allow us to have liberties like watching youtube for example. I worded it wrong though. Haha, I don't mind the loudmouths, but they do get on your nerves a bit. Sorry bout the misunderstanding. The vets didn't deserve the reception they got when they returned, all those hippies who didn't realise that the soldiers fought for their very right to protest. Kind of ironic.

  • @MilitaryAircraft101 Sadly the soldiers weren't fighting for the hippies right to protest or any other rights. The soldiers were fighting because the Australian government decided "all the way with LBJ". In other words, Australia was in Vietnam simply to show support for the Yanks and that ridiculous idea of a communist peril just knocking on everyones door. Absolute crap and Australian soldiers should NEVER have been involved killing Vietnamese.

  • @Heidelager Yes, I agree, what do they say now, we go to Vietnam and China on holidays these days. But the hippies opposed war on all levels, but they were probably too spaced out to realise. The communist empires will all fall on their own accord, the Soviets, Vietnam more or less, China is now beginning to "open up", all that's left is North Korea. People may say "liberate the NK ppl", but that'd escalate it and make it worse. Complex world, but we should just appreciate what we've got.

  • @Heidelager true

  • @Heidelager P.S, your taste in music is f*&#ing awesome!

  • @78stevenmt

With respect to all Diggers . I take issue with Redgum's wording.............."The ANZAC legend never mentioned Mud & Blood & Tears"............anyone who ever says that NEVER listened to the ANZAC legend. Of course, we all know Gallipoli, Fromelles, Pozierres, Viller Bretonneux, Passchondaelle, Tobruk, Greece, Crete, Kokoda, Malaya Singapore and Korea were a fucking picnic! Sorry!

  • @superiorelephant Hey, 5,000 Killed and wounded in a DAY at Fromelles alone? FFS I get annoyed getting war tales froma Vietanm vet about how he was hurt in Vietnam........ he was an RAAF steward, brained by a US marine, with a beer bottle in a Saigon brothel? C'mon? He gets a TPI Pension for that when a mate of my dads lost his arms and legs on a mine at Tobruk and NEVER got one? C'mon? Stop whining and get a fucking life like other veterans, unless you actually served!

  • @superiorelephant

I really don't think that was the message Redgum were implying. I think they were saying that from the eyes of the kid, he never heard about the 'mud and blood and tears' that came with war- not that previous wars were any easier. Possibly due to the 'ocker', blokey attitude in Australia where men weren't supposed to 'complain' about traumatic experiences- hence when WWII vets spoke about their war days, they would leave out the 'mud n blood and tears' bits

  • @78stevenmt you are an utter retard... i feel ashamed to call myself australian if you do the same.

  • @78stevenmt Show some respect to your fellow humans you xenophobic muppet

  • @scottpreid too right mate

  • log tan is the gorton war no 1 wont's to tell. ballet it we call rt on or men.

  • I may be of croatian ethnicity tho i live in australia .... Thank you australia for giving my family a home and thank you to the brave australian soliders. God Bless you all.

  • long time since I've heard this one. Bad memories brought back. We all wear the scars. Thanks

  • I tear up just THINKING about this song

  • @raindogred Me too, this and The band played Waltzing Matilda

  • How can people dislike this song?

  • Proud to be a FAIR DINKUM AUSSIE

  • chills everytime

  • Proud of my dad and proud to call myself a Aussie.

  • lest we forget our soldiers rip

  • u wouldnt let ya mates down, fucking proud to be an aussie, we're all mates.

  • song sends chills down my spine each time

  • my farther triage nurse australia army 12 month tour 66 67 south vietnam ,ready responce group 18 th aug 1966 , flew in surrport of americian and south vietmanise troops in a red coorse choper with 2 fifty cal machine guns and when he returned people used to commite suicide on our front door,i was but a mire child so can anyone tell me what it all means

  • @drabo01 listen, and no one take this the wrong way, but don't any DARE claim anyone was 'braver' for going to war. Now I myself would not ever fight in a war, not just because it seems like a waste of life. Just because my granddad didn't go kill some soldiers following orders from their leaders doesn't mean he was less 'brave'. I know I'm gonna cop a lot of hate for this last comment but, today NOT then or in WW 1 or 2, war seems pretty pointless, and there seems to be a fine line between bli

  • @zactron1997 It's because our (and other) citizens risked (and lost) their lives in defence of world freedom that you have not only the right to speak your mind but to openly criticize their efforts in English no less...

    Lest We Not Forget.

  • Remember those who died in past, and learn from your dead. For anyone who doesn't get that it means remember them and mourn their passing, and learn that war caused this. No soldier or grenade, it was war.

  • The first time I heard this song was when I was in year 7. We had to learn about this song, what all the sentences mean. I thought this was going to be a boring song, but then when you get to know it and have to listen to it everyday for 2 weeks, it's a great song. And for all those people that say rude things about this song. You guys a mean, if you don't like this song don't say anything and listen to a different song! We don't want to see your rude and horrible comments!

  • @XoxoGossipGirl1998 Then don't read the comments little girl, and just listen to your bloody song!

  • This is a brilliant song! God Bless you.

  • Love you john clammet patten. MY GF

  • may god forgive us!!!

  • I was 19yo, in the Army and in 6RAR when this song came out!

  • @TheHappydazz The one on the right. The one who nods his head

  • RIP diggers, bless u . Unfortunately our current government is unraveling what you fought for . Give us a few years boys ( and grandpa) we will get australia back .

  • The Aussies are a tough people, and like the Brits, are one of the few true allies / friends of us Americans. God bless them. And we the Americans should thank them for stepping up now as they have in the past.Thank you.

  • @btownsurf As long as there are Americans like you we'll continue to do so.

  • @btownsurf what shit are you smoking? Your country fought the Brits for freedom during the American War of Independence. Go learn your country's history before you praise the British scum you brainless yank

  • @btownsurf We have been in the most conflicts together, Australia and america.

  • @btownsurf

we dont have the forces you yanks do, nor do we have some of the tech and all that, but we've always answered when an ally calls.

  • @Mikeybetts the Yanks that know mate - want no-one else beside them when it starts to go down....they love "working with our blokes"....the opposition certainly don't.

  • @Mikeybetts My grandpa was in 'nam. He'll tell you he loves the Aussies. Only anti-war hippies hate you guys. The french did start the war too.

  • @BorrebytheViking

yeah, like the fucking hippies who want to rename "australia day" to "invasion day" and who scream about waving the australian flag on australia day to be racist, like its something only rednecks do.

    what the shit!?

  • @Mikeybetts Yup. It's bullshit. Hippies suck dick.

  • @btownsurf The poms sent thousands of aussies to graves in WW1. That is not a statistic many Americans know.

  • @NTSurfer2010 they sure did..........

  • @btownsurf THANKYOU!! For acknowledging that!!! Thankyou SO much! Because we as Aussies Trully love you Americans. We will always be allies and have so much in common with you and our fellow western Brits! We are so alike, we are the western world. People are going to hate us, as people hate everyone, but bear in mind our likeness, and the fact that Aussies will back up the U.S.A No matter what because we are, well, pretty much family!!! LOL

    . xoxo

  • @TheGmgirl77 Girly, obviously the only backing you would do for the yanks would be on a mattress.

  • @Heidelager Nice comment, how very classy of you. It was my birthday last night and I tend to get a little over zealous when I'm drunk ok? I also happen to be sick of racist arguments infesting practically every area of you tube. My pop was a Rat of Tobrouk so I was on here feeling a little emotional and reminiscent, I really don't care for your childish disrespect.

  • @TheGmgirl77 happy birthday rat progeny. :) Classy enough for you? :)

  • @Heidelager One - You are a gimp, Two piss off if you don't like it here, filthpig.

  • @KG84C LOL I feel priveledged that amonst all these posts, you've picked me to troll against. LOL Thanks! Now you can take a bit of your own advise and PISS OFF. :)

  • @Heidelager Get bent

  • @TheGmgirl77 even if tyrants run the country? Like Obama or Mccain? Or any other puppet like Romnye/Gingrich/Santorum? The US has been totally bought out i'm afraid and are committing Nazi like Attrocities in the middle east, the videos are gruesome and I would say sadistic to say the least. Look up John Needham from the Ranger 2/12 and his story of looting/rape/indiscriminant killing. And Libya was a joke with the Al-Qaeda flag flying on Benghazi's courthouse, questions need to be asked

  • @btownsurf You and fifty other people apparently don't get the point.

  • @btownsurf ....cool, pass the word to your less knowledgable countrymen and women...."The Aussies are a tough people, and like the Brits, are one of the few true allies / friends of us Americans."

  • rip ANZACS

  • This is such a powerful song one that i never thought could be covered by anyone until I herd the herds version well worth a listening too

  • We honour our war vets LESS and LESS as each year goes by. whats wrong with this country when a war widow goes hungry or cold cause her PENSION doesnt cover basic needs???? stop giving our tax dollars to overseas and start looking after our people. LOOK AFTER OUR VETS AND THERE FAMILYS...... after all they gave it all for this country

  • ive been to bali too

  • Couldn't believe it at first after how many times I'd watch this.... but it's actually my pop at 3.05 he looks so young

  • @Holy1Jim which guy the one on the left or right? My old man is a Vietnem veteran.

  • and Franky kicked a mine the day man kicked the moon. POETRY

  • I can't listen to this song but I can't stop listening to it either. REDGUM.

  • from the vault...

  • Aussie Aussie Aussie

  • Comment removed

  • @MrBennyboi1990 Not the place to say that, even participating in the American/Vietnam war was ridiculous, and is still a source of embarassment to the government.

  • @beastboy834 just to stop you right there THE LAST PLANE OUTTA SYDNEYS ALMOST GONE LOL gotta love barnsy lol

  • @beastboy834 how can you say that????My father fought and died for this country in the Vietnam war. are you saying what he did is an EMBARASSMENT?????

I BET YOUR DAD HID UNDER A ROCK

  • @drabo01 I thought I'd get some bogan taking it the wrong way.

The soldiers weren't a part of my comment, they do, and continue to do, what the government says, they did nothing wrong, and I give them all due respect, but the entire point of the government sending them there was moot.

  • if war was anywhere near as good as this song the military wouldnt know what to do with all the recruits. but sadly war is fucked. something that should be wished upon no one. but if this great country of ours came under attack and needed extra help id be the first to put my hand up.

  • i grew up listening to this song and it fucking rocks out. it' s a sad song about a horrid situation. its a pity that brotherhood and the like is manipulated into brunt demonstrations of force instead of dancing, playing chess (?) and staring at ourselves.still to this day conflict seems to rule the nest, carried on by the will of few and trickled down into your consciousness like rivers that you never even knew. i don't look at this song as a perpetuation of war, instead commentary on it

  • ok complaint..... i am loading this on my phone...... it slow enough as it is... now i have to wait for a freaking ad?

  • ANZAC's god help them

  • My respect to all Australian & NZ National Servicemen who obey the call of their nation.

  • Post traumatic stress is caused by the reaction your body learns when u r placed under constant threat. U either put your tail between your legs & run or u attack the perceived threat with a fight to the death attitude. The adrenaline pumps, u sweat, u focus and prepare to kill or be killed. I'm not tough, I'm damaged. I don't need reminding of the past. Ever wonder y some people seem so intense? No need to forget wars, just stop remembering if u really care

  • And there's me with my slouch hat, my AK-47 and greens, I'm only 18 wanting to enjoy the nightlife in Hanoi. But got shot through the head protecting, my countries liberty. By the US and Australia and it's subservient marines. I didn't survive to see, my 19th birth day. God don't help me. I was only 18.

  • @ohyeah106 That's right Vietnamese are people too

  • This is dedicated to my uncle

  • im thinking of performing this song on anzac day next year for my school assembly

  • 41 One people dont have hearts <3

  • I think its disgusting how the majority of the comments are about people aruging over politics and dates of wars... This song is a memory of the tragedy and horror that is war and how devistation to a young man can scarr him life. Imagine waking to remember your friend dying infront of your eyes. Stop arguing and start using your hearts. (im 15 and its sad a kid should have to tell you this)

  • @MrAlzene Obviously at 15, you still need to grow a brain.

  • @Heidelager Typical liberal.. It would be nice if you and the rest of the population used more than 50% of your brain capacity.

  • @MrAlzene

Pardon? What does politics have to do with this song? Use your brain dumb fuck! Better still jot down your nearest pub. See you soon.

  • @EinMagillaGorilla If you could read, you'd know i was talking about the idiots aruging in the comments about politics, not the song. So i suggest you learn to read and shut the fuck up.

  • @MrAlzene Ha! "Liberal?". Say's it all. Your a little septic brat!

Yes mate. I do vote "liberal" but over here its the right wing conservative party.

As a yank, you wouldn't understand half what is written between the lines in this song. Crawl back under your rock septic brat.

  • @Heidelager 'septic brat'? that's original, starting an argument over the internet is real mature of you, especially as my original comment wasn't spiteful towards you i was mearly pointing out idiots arguing over a beautiful song . Just proves you follow the moronic cult of society in using your intellectual abilites to have an argument with a child. Congratulations.

  • @MrAlzene Stop hiding behind "I'm only a child" bullshit. If you want to do that, go watch sesame street with the rest of your friends and get off youtube. If you want to run with the big dogs, then stop squatting to piss like a pup.

    Tosser.

  • @Heidelager Shut the fuck up and show respect, why argue and tell people to be kids somewhere else? this is a song about a war yet you argue and call people little? kinda shows how ironic people can be, causing a war/arguement as some can view it as..

  • @MrAlzene I agree mate...Im 43 and have had people then and now do their bit as Military forces of our great land. Get stuffed those that politicise the great effort done by our troops.....war is not a movie...it is real...build a bridge and get over it

  • @strongbowdry too right mate.

  • @MrAlzene could not have said it better

  • @damusername01 Cheers mate :)

  • @MrAlzene I was awake as a child in 1983, peace.

  • I am worried for Australia's future for the military tensions between the US and china. Australia is stuck in the middle for our military treaty with the US but there's also our strong trading relationship with china so you can see why it would be catastrophic if a conflict is sparked were stuck in the middle against two superpowers.

  • @MrLachlan1903 if the U.S starts combat with china who is ally with us but we have a treaty with the yanks. we would not be affected becuase we would be dragged in by the chinese because its only a trading regime and the us would fucking level them slants

  • I am worried for Australia future because of the military tensions between the US and China if a conflict is sparked Australia will be stuck in the middle for our US treaty and our strong trading relationship with china so you can see why we don't want to get dragged into another war by the US like Iraq and Vietnam

  • *wipes tear from eye* that was probably the saddest song i've ever heard :,)

  • Australians have always been one of the bravest fighting forces in the world. everyone thinks that it was the Brits who saved Malta in ww2 but it was Aussies who were flying those planes. One of the best was Tony Boyd. He could outfly any British ace. If it wasn't for Australia many of the worlds wars would be very different. We clean up the mess left behind. Aussies will always put their life on the line for their mates. We are the most loyal people in the world.

  • @SuperEel22

Come on mate, don't leave that stuff on here, you'll only start a useless comment war.

It's happened before, just look through the comments and look for "TheZacdes", some fuckwit blabbered shit on this page for about 3 weeks strait.

  • let's not forget Malaysia, a lot of good guys in there too.

  • Vietnam-Afghanistan,Aussie soldiers showing the world how its done.

  • another american attach ona apoor country even that they loss good bless vietamn soldier nobody make a video of them . they defence their own land like tiger they deserted the victory

  • @sagitario7402 Funny thing about war: A generation or two later, people get their perspective back and they suddenly see that a few people made an obscene profit off things that happened and almost nobody cares about the people left to pick up the pieces on both sides.

What stopped the war? A dredge being sunk in the north that brought in USSR supplies, made with American materials. Look it up.

    A.G.

  • what heartless cunts disliked this song, you should all fucking burn

  • im 13 and for somereason i feel like a soldier

  • I admire the Australian forces for what they did in Vietnam; they were the first to attempt to follow the VC into the tunnels (The Aussie forces called them 'ferrets' as opposed to the better known US 'rats'). Nothing but admiration for ANZAC (and modern equivalent) troops, especially now! Well equipped, well motivated and blessed with a gift for skirmishing!

  • @RancidRambo thanks mate.

  • yay

  • if any army stood in equal numbers against us aussies we would KICK THERE ASS

  • mad song

  • 41 people are dickheads

  • @gatekeaper80

defenatley anyone who doesnt like this song aint no aussie

  • R.I.P to all the soldiers that died in the war if it wasn't for you guys today we would probably be speaking German,Swedish or sum shit we owe you one cheers boys

  • cheers boys...iou a beer....RIP

  • Anyone who dislikes this song, ill personally kick your ass xD

  • i think 41 people have some type of mental retardation problem go get it checked out, unaustralian pricks

  • @superzookie87

    Keep the spirit up Zookie

  • @superzookie87

    here here

thye definatley dont have much respect for the aussies who fought in all those battles

    unaustralian assholes

  • R.I.P Lest we forget.

  • i'm only 17 and serving.

  • ANZAC... Lest we forget.

  • so many people get this song wrong.. what about stop romanticizing war and make our politicians stop this endless cycle of sacrificing young boys into the jaws of hell.. even the "survivors" get scarred for life.

Yeah i've been a 15 year old "cool guy" watching hollywood movies too, even enlisted.. but it's time to grow up an separate fantasy from reality. You don't want to see children burning to death.

    god help me
