What NZ managed to pull off was nothing short of spectacular. I was in Europe on their disastrous tour last year. I, like many wrote them off. The losses they had with players I though was going to kill them.

But what they showed was that the age old addage still holds: The team that does the simple things right wins the game.

As an Aussie I am gutted... but at the same time have a smile. There is a new World Champion.
