Pneumonia, flue, cold, those are all just different terms for respiratory disease. My guess is the one for whom you're claiming pneumonia was probably Neumocistis Crenni Pneumonia, which is cause by a fungus that every human on Earth naturally possesses in their respiratory systems, it's totally harmless unless the health of a person is decimated, then you get an out of control population of the fungus, and eventually causes your respiratory system to shut down.
