Stormtroopers/Kasrkin are extremely overprized, cosing more than a damn space marine!! but somehow they always work out for me :) They've never mishapped, they've taken down a carnifax (with only hot-shot lasguns) and they are my usual anti Eldar Dark Reaper unit xD besides their fluff is just too damn awesome to ignore :D
That's true! They suck. Most of our units do now, sadly.
