1. Production of the Fishbowl started in 1959; the embargo wasn't until February 1962. So there was a short "window" when some Cuban operator could have bought a new bus.
2. It could have come from GMC Canada, second-hand from a Canadian transit authority
3. Third-hand from Mexico or some other country, but that is rather unlikely.

The reason you didnt see a GM Fishbowl is cause Cuba dosnt buy American vehicles cause of that embargo thingie.
