I'm so happy that you've provided this video! I'm already healthy and fit but was looking forward to losing inches off my waist without losing pounds.Any time I asked someone if it's possible to lose inches without losing weight they'd claim it's not possible.But now I know.Thanks!

How often would you do these exercises? Also, how many sets?

@ShanaMarieTV 3-5 sets of each exercise and do them 3-5 times per week. Make sure you build up the reps and sets overtime.
