  • Liz in her mannerist phase!

  • It takes all kinds-greg hoey

  • "He walked a vague line between lust and saintliness!" Or maybe it was all the booze that made it kind of blurry...

  • @Gregoryno6

I also like that he was not politically correct but was neither an ignorant right-wing religious anti-liberal nut.

He was an honest working class intellectual artist, often sabotaged by other less honest individuals I should say that malevolently try to disguise or dilute such personality's behind their back without due reason!

  • @Gregoryno6

Although he was from the working class and an artist he was not politically correct or a right-wing religious conservative nutter about it or a fabricating lier and deciever like so many.

  • The background music score used in this trailer is from Universal's "The Chalk Garden (1964)."

  • at the time of 1:57 she is so beautifull

  • Is this out on DVD yet? I don't think it is but your title says it's from the DVD.

  • @orrfhan Yes,I saw it on DVD on internet for buy. It's possible to find it

  • Liz Taylor was wonderful in her 'bad films' as only she could be. Still fascinating to watch, chewing the scenery and over acting, she is electrifying to watch in this overblown misfire. But also check out the extraordinary Suddenly Last Summer, X Y and Zee, Secret Ceremony and the brilliant Reflections in a Golden Eye for more 'bad' Liz films that are beyond camp, and therefore thoroughly enjoyable if you enjoy the offbeat.

  • @GreyGardensGuignol Yes,I find her wonderful in all these films too.So beautiful, talented woman with a big heart!!

  • @edwardjames50 And he says that whenever he meets someone new, he gets them to watch Boom! If the person hates it, John knows they won't get along. He told this story at a Toronto festival screening several years ago.

  • does anyone knows the shooting location?

  • @phyllo1960 It was shot on location in Sardinia and on a soundstage in Rome

  • @fonnyjonny If I'm noy mistaken it was all shot on location on the set they built in Sardinia which was the mansion you see there.

  • John Waters owns his own print of this.

  • @meharvey816 ~ And....?
