His ineligibility was just an informality. If we can allow a non-U.S. citizen become President, we can allow a former Wall St. crook become mayor of Chicago. Update. Today Jan 27, 2011 the Illinois Supreme Court ruled that Rahm Emanuel's name will be on the ballot. The corruption never ends with these zionist pigs.

Any Person with Dual Citizenship should NOT be allowed and be ineligible to run for ANY office in the US until they give up their citizenship to the other country. This is only fair since an American citizen born in the US CAN NOT has to relinquish their US citizenship if they become a citizen of another country.
