it's effectively a modifier

vegeta majin is equal to a ssj2

spopovich majin is far weaker

and someone who is originally ssj2 or higher would probably end up as strong as a ssj3

Um...I'm going to assume you are talking about how Vegeta KO'd Goku...

Vegeta KO'd Goku when Goku had his guard down and was about to pull out a Senzu Bean. The fight ended in a tie, nobody really won.

Vegeta knew he wouldn't beat Majin Buu with the power that he had, so he blew himself up.

And, he wasn't exhausted; he took a Senzu Bean before he confronted Buu, so he regained his energy.

Majin Vegeta and SSJ 2 Goku are equal in strength. End of story.

I want to check this game out, it looks pretty cool. Oh and just for some helpful info to all the ppl asking questions and stuff, they are making a raging blast 2 and 3, this is basically a test run for the new engine and stuff they are using since they made BT3. Cuz BT3 was awesome.

Er, that's not the music in the game, the uploader just added it in for more effect/custom music in the ps3(since the game allows that). I think it was pretty blatently obvious considering how it overlaps the dialogue. The in-game music has its own soundtrack.

What you talking about? They ddint hit the ground, he let him go before he hit it. And they have to hit the grass or anything that is touchable outside of the middle to lose. Anyway, i use to hate tournament mode on other tenkaichi because it was to small and ring out someone was too easy. Now, it will be more interesting.
