Just rented this from Blockbuster Online. Total Greatness. I read somewhere one time that Jim Carrey should play Plastic Man. After watching this again I agree that there could be no other choice for the roll. This Plastic Man even sounds similar to Jim Carrey.

@brianpadraic Did a bit of Googling, and you're right -- it's Michael Bell. He's done a whole mess of voices, including Drew Pickles (Angelica's dad) from Rugrats. He and Tom Kenny (the current voice of Plastic Man) have pretty similar voices; I wouldn't be surprised if Kenny is inspired by Bell.
