It's obviously on my at least top 5 favourite game opening songs, and everytime I listen to it it REALLY pumps me up...

Has so much feeling to it... I really really watched the opening everytime I played the game, the song was just so good

and that was many years ago, as I was more impatient haha xD

Well, you know, nowadays, game sequels tend to suck. We already have had Trigger and Cross. Do we really want to risk spoiling the series by risking a sucky sequel?

The Chrono team is all split up, I believe with the main people working on FFXI

The project your thinking of is Chrono Trigger: Resurrection. A third-party company took all the battle mechanics, storyline, all intellectual property of Squaresoft (Square-Enix by that time) an began remaking it for the Nintendo 64. When Squaresoft found out, they sued the third-party company, which put a halt to that project.

It's songs like this that prove that Eminence is the premier anime/videogame music orchestra in the world... they came to Otakon 2007 in the USA - their first time across the Pacific! To say I was blown away is a severe understatement - they don't just play it, they pour emotion into their arrangements... I truly felt it here, in Princess Mononoke, and in a Mario medley.
