You all play well together. You've got to start presenting yourselves a bit better. I know these are bootlegs, but maybe you could get one really good clip & put it up & showcase what you're all really capable of.

  • Guys, youre really good, but your mixing is shit. Id love to hear more of the dude singing & Dave, we can hardly hear it when you sing & when you play.

The other annoying thing that I've noticed in all your clips is the other guitarist stands way out in the shadows like his not a member of the band. Drag him under a light. I was really disappointed during Sultans that we couldn't see what he was doing.

  • did you ever consider that a fucking camcorder might not pick up the sound all that well? If the audio had been taken from teh board, it would sound a LOT different, but it's a shitty camcorder mic, what do you expect?

  • I didnt expect a roasting after giving you guys so much constructive criticism. I can see the camcorder is shit, which is why I posted a second post under it.

  • haha you even got the delay parts right in part 1

  • trust me, that took the most time to nail lol

  • why is the bass player struming like hes a guitarist? guitarist/singer badass very tallented, bass good rythem but lose the pick, its unprofessional

  • I disagree. I learned how to play guitar first, then picked up bass, so the pick feels natural to me. Either way, it sounds the same.

  • not to mention you can play alot faster... unless you learn how to play with 3 fingers.

  • It sound nothing the same, using a pick makes a trebly sound and you lose most of the tonal properties of the bass, you hear the pick itself. When you play with your fingers you get a bassier sound and the tone of the bass/amp/technique(as in the way your fingers touch the strings, how and where) is more noticeable, gives a more natural tone.

  • i think it sounds just fine.

  • Even pro's use picks. e.g.. Cliff Willams

  • Not too bad. Keep rehearsing, and you guys will nail it. It also doesn't hurt to have some sort of presence on stage.......
