The man threatened to kill him if he didn't give him his wallet. So he gave it to him and the robber took 3 steps to get away andJesse pulled out the pistol on his side and shot him in the back and he died. Now Jesse is being charged with murder. Good point. The statistics from the FBI and CDC speak for armed, law abiding citizens lowering the crime rate much more effectively than any gun control measure. Why? Gun control only effects those who obey laws. It is also proven that the mere presence of a gun in a citizen's hands, in most cases, will result in the end of a crime.
