heres how to hack the grox without using cheat engine or Tsearch:

1: Download grox picture and start spore

2: Go to creature creator and insert grox picture in creature creator (just hold the picture and move it in spore, also note that you need to make spore in window mode)

3:then press CTRL+SHIFT+C (it will open a cheat console)

4: type adddna...

5: you will gain 150 DNA

6: now add a part to grox and then remove it

7: VOILA! you can now save Grox!
