@zerobox94 well there was not a clear alternative to gadaffi...I don't think the west should get in the business of propping up leaders anymore. That doesn't mean the west shouldn't intervene when tyranical dictators start slaughtering their people. But when that dictator is gone, all we should do is help provide the environment for the people to sort out forming their new government themselves in a peaceful manner. Revolutions are never followed by immediate stability, this is just natural.
The West can't do anything until there is a clear alternative to Assad! When there is, there might be hope then.
