@Bluechill911 Well, it shouldn't affect you downloading music, just make a new folder but if you want to fix that then format your memory stick, only if you don't have anything important saved onto there like game data or if you have already backed up your files.

@smnthacevedo i use a site called zamzar all you gotta do is first obviously go to the site then click videos then copy the link at the top of your screen on youtube then clcik the drop down in the second part click mp3 then put in your email in the last part it should be in your email right away if not wait then once you get it clcik the long link not the short one then itl ask you if you want to save it or open it clcik save then save it somwhere it seems like alot but it isnt

I'm having some strange problems with playing music on my PSP.

1. The music sometimes goes faster, then slower. The rythm gets messed up.

2. After playing about 30% of the song, the PSP skips it and plays the next. The song is displayed as corrupt.

I've tried the following to fix it:

1. Formating the memorystick.

2. Checking if the memorystick is legit. (It was)

3. Converting the MP3 to many other formats.

In games that uses the MP3s they work just fine, just the original player does this..

But that problem is one of the first problems I have ever heard. So hmm, it seems a lot like there's something wrong with the PSP's software. Is it updated to the newest version?

@RandomGEEEK Yes. Untill June I had the latest official firmware, but then I hacked it to a custom firmware (PRO-B9) and the problem remained. :(
