Hello, I live and metal detect in Omaha, Nebraska. I have been doing it for only a month and am hooked on it. When you guys hunt in an open field like in this video do you use discrimination on your settings at all ...or use all metal mode ? Let me know thanks !!

Judging from the soil you are not in New England, But why so many buttons? was it that common for people walking around back then to have their buttons keep falling off?

farming and homesites makes for lots of lost buttons over a couple hundred years time

Yes - we only hunt on private property with full permission from the landowned

this landowner is an old friend. trespassing sucks!
