I hope he is not using this to kill them! They are really cool birds & between them & the ravens they are the smartest birds in the world, according to Cornell University studies. I have raised wild crows & set them free when they were old enough to live in the trees with their parents. They are very curious birds & they know all the crows in the area, so when they hear a different call they all come to see who is the new guy is. Thats why these crow calls work.

@HunterMann Because they are still pests. It doesn't matter how smart they are, they can still cause problems. I agree that shooting them for fun isn't really tasteful, but that's rarely the case, it's usually done to keep them from overflowing an area and wiping out other populations or causing other such issues.

first off blowing right into doesnt work...you have to make a gargaling in your throat for a crow call i mean blowing in it works just find for callin em in but to sound natural you need a little more action than just blowing
