Primal instinct creates nationalism - it tells us that conforming to a specific society with borders will increase our chances of survival. It creates fanatic adherence to clan-dogmas that cause war. Primal instinct makes us fear change and progression because of uncertainty. I could honestly write a book on how best to facilitate progress.

In an abstract sense: We're being passively and intangibly tested by biology to gauge our worthiness.

Garterbelt is the pedophillic priest, Panty is the stereotypical dumb blonde, etc.) It's not actually saying that there's that side to everyone, but rather the condemnation against it is pretty silly.
