  • Wow i watched some of your videos i think around the beginning of the year and i came across this video today and it is unbelievable how you look, you look great!!!!!!!!!!! Your have truly inspired me to go on my own little weight loss journey. I have gone off and on all year and i think i will watch your videos everyday for encouragement. I don't need to lose that much, probably about 20 pounds and i will be able to fit some close i haven't been able to wear in a couple of years. Thanks

I found your videos when searching for the Body Bugg on youtube and have pretty much watched them all. Do you have any specific tips for belly burning, in addition to cardio? I followed you on your watch me shrink journey, and I see your belly is gone! I am reaching towards that goal.

  • you are brilliant, actually beyond brilliant! Me and my friend are so inspired by you, that we undertook a serious weight loss journey this year. I have lost 25 pounds since May. But now am stuck, seriously stuck for almost 2 mths, I know you went through the same thing at one point, how did you get out of the funk !

  • Good luck with the half marathon, it's a major accomplishment. I've run two halfs, two marathons and a 10K. I've heard stories of people lossing toenails, I'd never had until I did my last marathon, lost my big toenail, lol. It's grown back though, but it hurt like hell.

  • Thanks :o) WOW your race list is amazing! I'm workin' on it :o) So far: three 5ks and one 10k. I have a race marked on my calendar for every Saturday of this month. Crazy right? So addictive! The half is November 1st. Yup, my poor big toe looks horrible. I guess it's a battle scar from running :o)

  • Thanks. I get them from Wal-Mart (now that I my boobies fit into normal sports bras...lol). The brand is Danskin and it was only $8. Might be cheaper now.

  • OMG you look great. Maintaning is the easiest and hardest at the same time because you don't have the motivation of weekly weight drops like when you are loosing. you are really encouraging. You weight less then I do, so I never want to hear you bitch'n!

  • Thanks Breezy :o) I like maintaining far better than losing weight. I don't have to be as strict on my caloric intake AS LONG as I get exercise in everyday. I run so much these days that nothing sticks to me (KNOCK ON WOOD) lol Girl, you're not far from me on the scale!!! I can still bitch about you being gorgeous though!

  • I'm on a journey, too Amy... only 9.7lbs gone in 2 months (almost 2.5) but I'll take it... I guess. Question, how much exercising did you do in the mornings on your journey, if any (before eating anything)? I HATE getting up in the mornings, but I think I might lose quicker if I do... or any suggestions you can offer would be GREAT. (I eat about 1600cals per day and I exercise at least 45min 5 days a week, right now). You are an INSPIRATION!!!

  • ONLY? When you're try to lose weight ANY weight loss is good. The time of day that you work out really has no effect on how much weight you lose. When I did morning workouts it was usually around 9 or 10 and I always woke up a few hours before that to make sure I ate enough breakfast to fuel my workouts. So far, from what you're telling me (your calorie intake and workout frequency) you're on the right track. Sounds perfect to me!

  • Hey, Amy! I missed your vids! And great news! Since March, I've lost 45 lbs!!! yikka deee! But what I want to ask you is: How did you get your skin so tight? Cause now, my arms are flabby(I need to work my triceps), and the inner thigh/stomach pooch, too...how can I make everything tight without cutting? lol lol Congrats, homefry!(oops, I mean homebake) lol

  • LOL @ homefry and homebake haa. Well, I still have flabby arms....well at least I think so. I didn't do anything specfic to tighten any skin up and I actually still have a tummy flap :o(
